Conditions for contract military personnel

Firstly, you should know that when issuing such a loan, the composition of the family does not affect the amount of the amount. Even if a serviceman has five rather than one child, the size of the bank loan will be standard. In this case, the living space is registered in the name of the serviceman. Features of lending upon dismissal
Upon dismissal of his own free will or due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract, a serviceman obliged to return to the state funds from a targeted housing loan (within 10 years from the date of dismissal) and repay the mortgage using your own funds. Specialized mortgage programs for military personnel are implemented in most large banks. Each of them determines the interest rate for the use of mortgage funds and the “ceiling” of the mortgage loan. Regular loan payments are set in the amount of targeted contributions transferred by the state to the personal account of the participant in the savings program. - lending period – up to 14 years, but not longer than the term of the targeted loan;

Military mortgage program from Gazprombank provides credit allocations of no more than 2 million rubles for a period of up to 25 years at a rate of 12% per annum. The down payment for mortgage housing must be at least 20% of the price of the property.

However, the current funded system also has a number of disadvantages that did not allow military mortgages to be made the only possible way to provide officers with housing. A limited number of military personnel can participate in the program.
These are, first of all, officers who entered service in 2005 or later, contract soldiers who entered into a second contract in 2005. That is, it has become available only to young military personnel, and for older people, only old methods now work. A military mortgage and a second contract, as well as each subsequent one, bring the serviceman’s age closer to 45 years, and you can receive a life insurance certificate a maximum of three years before the specified age. But the amount will be calculated accordingly, almost equal to the amount of contributions for the remaining period.

A significant advantage of the system is that it is available to military personnel of other law enforcement agencies. If everything starts from scratch, then there are fewer years left before retirement, which means the loan amount is significantly reduced. Even if the officer has five children, the bank loan amount will be standard. At the same time, formally the living space is registered only in the name of the serviceman himself.
