1.2. Subject of science and practice of construction organization.
The subject of science and practice of construction organization includes the development and implementation of methods scientific organization construction and construction production, ensuring the achievement of the best production results in the process of construction or reconstruction, modernization, overhaul buildings and structures.
The science of organization and management in construction is based on general theory organization and management of production, taking into account its specific industry specifics and generalization of advanced production experience of enterprises and organizations in the industry, as well as individual production innovators.
In ch. 1 the content of the subject of construction organization was disclosed. According to this content, the subject of science and practice of construction organization primarily includes: principles and provisions for organizational and technological preparation for construction;
- methods and practices of organizing the design of construction projects, their complexes and the processes of organizing their construction;
- continuous organization of construction and construction and installation works:

Since 2016, I began to head the EUS department. In my work, I think the main thing is to take into account the ideas, objections and opinions of every student and teacher. In the work of the EMS department, we use such innovations as: electronic signature; Internet resources: Instagram, VKontakte group, electronic library; QR codes, which are very popular all over the world due to the ability to encode text information and quickly access it to different sites, online services using smartphones.

Based on the trends of modern life, it is important to note that many students “live” on the Internet: they use various social networks, scrolling through pages that are not always necessary and do not always receive useful information. That is why, when working with students on the Internet, we use graphic pictures with informative text, motivating videos, reports and interviews to attract their attention.

Of course, this is something new and atypical, but this kind of interaction with students benefits them: the students are provided with reliable information regarding both the educational process and student life in a timely manner.

In our VKontakte group “Department of EUS MGSU”, each student can ask a question that interests him and receive short term the answer to it: for this it is enough to be registered in social network In contact with.

Speaking about the group, I would like to note that the date of its creation is March 2016: in such a short period of time, the group has more than 450 participants, including students, teachers and staff of the Department of ECS. Thanks to the staff and students of the department, we are successfully developing the group and trying to help each of the guys.

We also use an Instagram account in our work. This Internet resource promptly publishes photos from scientific conferences, highlights the achievements of students and teachers, posts various kinds of announcements, and many others.

We try to work with students in a rhythm and atmosphere that is familiar to them. It is important for us to understand WHAT students need for successful and easy studies, and HOW to promptly help them in the learning process.

I believe that you shouldn’t be afraid of new things, you should listen and hear the people you work with, you should experiment and keep up with the times.
