I denne perioden brukes japanske yen.

Koreansk yen-periode
KRW avskrivning
I 1980 hadde won svekket seg til kursen 1 US dollar = 580 won. I 1997 gikk wonen over til flytende valutakurs. Derfor brukes banksjekker for enkelhets skyld.
Koreansk won i dag
Republikken Korea i dag

I 108 f.Kr. e. Egne mynter begynte å bli utstedt i 1097.

Sørkoreanske wonmynter begynte å bli utstedt i 1966.

Gamle koreanske vunne mynter
Noen ganger, i stedet for mottoet til regjeringen, ble landets navn angitt på koreanske mynter, for eksempel: Joseon, Haedong ("East Coastal Region", "Country to the East of the Sea"), Tonguk ("" Østlandet"), osv.
Utenlandsk økonomisk aktivitet i Korea
Andre store utenrikshandelspartnere i republikken Kasakhstan inkluderer: Saudi-Arabia(bilateral handelsomsetning 48,8 milliarder amerikanske dollar), Hong Kong (34,7 milliarder amerikanske dollar), Singapore (32,6 milliarder amerikanske dollar), Australia (32,2 milliarder amerikanske dollar), Indonesia (29,6 milliarder dollar), Taiwan (28,8 milliarder dollar), Qatar (26,2 dollar) milliarder) og Tyskland (25,1 milliarder dollar).
Bilproduksjon i Korea
USA (ifølge denne indikatoren rangerer republikken Korea for tiden syvende i verden).
Økonomisk toppmøte i Sør-Korea

Koreas første valuta dukket opp for nesten tusen år siden.
Hva er valutaen i Korea: Vant (KRW);
