Gamification i bank. Hvorfor trenger banker og betalingssystemer gamification?
I mars 2017 ble vi kontaktet av sannsynligvis den vanskeligste kunden i hele tjenestens eksistens, som representerte interessene til en stor bank, som har et betydelig nettverk av filialer over hele Russland. Vi er alltid glade for å ønske alle kunder velkommen, men denne gangen måtte spesialistene våre forholde seg til typisk bankbyråkrati, som vi aldri har møtt med noen av våre kunder før. Man kan imidlertid ikke unngå å legge merke til det faktum at vanskelighetene vi opplevde når vi jobbet med denne banken hadde sin egen forklaring - en så seriøs organisasjon kunne ikke gjøre endringer på nettsiden sin uten å vurdere hver av endringene vi foreslo.
Nedenfor vil vi beskrive mer detaljert alle vanskelighetene vi møtte når vi samarbeidet med IT-spesialister og bankledelse og hvordan vi mer enn doblet nettstedtrafikken på 7 måneder.
Første bekjentskap
Vårt første bekjentskap med nettstedet (og ansatte i bankens PR-avdeling) fant sted i mars 2017. På den tiden hadde nettstedet veldig god trafikk fra søkemotorer, på grunn av det faktum at selve banken og domenet hadde eksistert i omtrent 10 år på den tiden, og hele denne tiden jobbet PR-spesialistene til denne finansinstitusjonen aktivt med målrettede internettsider og offline annonsering, noe som ga nettstedet tillit og i fremtiden hjalp det oss mye under promoteringen.
Det direkte resultatet av mange års arbeid fra bankens PR-team var at det ble plassert mange naturlige lenker på siden, som sammen med det gamle domenet til en viss grad kunne jevne ut det faktum at ingen var involvert i intern optimalisering av nettstedet.
Banken hadde også et tilstrekkelig antall filialer i regionene i Russland, noe som gjenspeiles i strukturen på nettstedet, som også måtte ta litt tid.
Arbeid på stedet
SEO nettsted revisjon
Vi startet nettstedrevisjonen ved å sjekke den for dupliserte sider og metakoder. I vår praksis møter vi stadig sider med dupliserte sider, metatagger eller innhold, og bankens nettsider er intet unntak. Motoren, ganske kompetent laget fra et sikkerhetssynspunkt, produserte flere dusin dupliserte sider og enda flere sider med dupliserte Tittel og Beskrivelse-metakoder (for eksempel hadde en seksjons- og seksjonssider de samme titlene og sidebeskrivelsene, som fra det punktet med tanke på intern optimalisering, generelt tull).
Etter å ha sjekket nettstedet for duplikater, er det på tide å begynne å lete etter feil i innholdet. Til kreditt for bankens tekstforfattere og PR-folk ble nesten ingen funnet. "Nesten" betyr at hovedfeilene vi fant enten var dårlig tekstformatering, manglende titler eller manglende metakoder for bilder. Vi inkluderte alle kommentarer på hver side i en arbeidsfil for senere diskusjon av endringer med kunderepresentanter.
Siden ble heller ikke lagt merke til, som ble med rette populær i siste årene mikro-markup "brødsmuler". For en banknettside, som har flere seksjoner og underseksjoner, er tilstedeværelsen av slik markering, selv om det ikke er et obligatorisk krav, likevel svært ønskelig.
Det siste elementet på listen over feil handlet om dårlig intern kobling mellom sider. Til tross for at noen sider ba om å bli knyttet til hverandre, ble det faktisk ikke gjort noe slikt av bankens innholdsansvarlige.

Teknisk revisjon
MED teknisk side optimalisering av nettstedet, alt ble mye tristere, fordi, som vi skrev ovenfor, motoren, som var ganske sterk fra et sikkerhetssynspunkt, var veldig svak fra et optimaliseringssynspunkt. Inkludert tekniske.
Det første vi sjekket var nedlastingshastigheten. Hun overlot dessverre mye å være ønsket. Nei, siden lastet selvfølgelig, men den var ganske merkbart dårligere i hastighet enn konkurrentenes nettsteder. To faktorer førte til dette: tunge bilder på nettstedet og tilstedeværelsen av noen moduler i malen som bremset nedlastingen.
Det andre punktet våre SEO-spesialister la merke til, er fraværet av robots.txt- og sitemap.xml-filer i rotkatalogen til nettstedet. Etter litt avklaring fra bankadministratorene viste det seg at det ikke var noen i det hele tatt. Vel, la oss legge til ett element til i arbeidsfilen for påfølgende samtaler med klienter.
Det tredje punktet er å søke etter alle utgående lenker fra sidene og analysere hver av dem. For det meste ble brutte lenker funnet (både til interne sider på nettstedet og til eksterne nettsteder).
Den fjerde "jamb" av klientportalen var tilpasset layout av dårlig kvalitet. Det ble lagt merke til at når du jobbet med nettstedet på smarttelefoner, flyttet noen blokker ut og andre feil dukket opp. Vanligvis var alt bra på nettbrettene.
Det femte punktet vi hadde var å sjekke nettstedets sider for "vekt" (i enklere termer, slik at nettstedet ikke har sider med kode over 200 kilobyte). Når vi ser fremover, la oss si at slike sider ble funnet og til og med raskt (sammenlignet med andre elementer) fikset av bankadministratorene i retning av å redusere "vekten".
På disse fem punktene var tekniske problemer oppbrukt, og vi gikk videre til å kompilere en semantisk kjerne.
Semantisk kjerne
Opprettelsen av en semantisk kjerne for eksisterende sider begynte med opprettelsen av en nettstedsstruktur, og startet med hjemmeside og avsluttes med sider av det andre hekkenivået. Under hver side grupperte vi flere relevante høy- og mellomfrekvente søk, hvorav noen allerede var lagt ut på dem i en eller annen form, og resten måtte plasseres.
Vi startet prosessen med å samle nøkkelfraser ved å analysere innholdet på våre kunders nettsteder, deretter byttet vi til å samle inn semantikk fra lignende sider på konkurrentnettsteder og fullførte kompileringen av kjernen av spørringene etter å ha jobbet grundig med søkeordinnsamlingstjenester. Dermed hadde vi flere hundre relevante og konkurransedyktige søkeord for hånden som måtte plasseres på bankens sider beregnet på enkeltpersoner og juridiske personer, og det var fortsatt flere lovende grupper med søk som det kunne opprettes flere sider for.
Internt optimaliseringsarbeid
Etter å ha utført to revisjoner og samlet den semantiske kjernen av nettstedet, begynte spesialistene våre, i samarbeid med IT-spesialister og banksjefer, arbeidet med nettstedet.
Det første vi jobbet med sammen var å rette tekniske feil. Den enkleste tingen å gjøre var å øke lastehastigheten på nettstedet. Vi optimaliserte de tredimensjonale bildene i Photoshop, som reduserte deres endelige størrelse med nesten halvparten, og modulene som bremset arbeidet på nettstedet ble delvis fjernet og delvis skrevet om av bankens IT-spesialister selv. Som et resultat begynte klientnettstedet å være lik lastehastigheten til nettsidene til de største russiske bankene. Vi løste også raskt problemet med mangelen på en robots.txt-fil og et nettstedskart: vi sendte instruksjoner for søkeroboter i form av en fil til bankens IT-spesialister per post, og samme dag så vi denne filen på nettstedet . Banken nektet å skrive en egen modul for nettstedskartet, og foretrakk en gratisløsning fra en av netttjenestene.
Ting ble litt mer komplisert med fjerning av utgående lenker fra nettstedet. Til tross for at det var få av dem, trakk prosessen ut i omtrent en uke. Vi vet ikke hvorfor det er slik. Men mens banken slettet lenkene vi spesifiserte, klarte vi selv å lage en høykvalitets adaptiv layout for smarttelefoner, som banken testet i en uke til.
På to uker var vi derfor i stand til å håndtere de tekniske problemene på nettstedet og gå direkte til arbeidet med innholdet.
Arbeidet med innholdet begynte med at klienten blankt nektet å opprette nye sider på nettstedet, og foretrakk å forlate den gamle strukturen. Derfor måtte vi kun utarbeide detaljerte anbefalinger til bankens PR-ansvarlige, hvoretter de måtte endre innholdet på hver side eller slette dupliserte sider. Faktisk kokte alle anbefalingene ned til hvilke søkeord og i hvilken mengde som skulle inkluderes i selve teksten og en diskusjon om hvordan metataggene Tittel og Beskrivelse skulle se ut (vi skrev ovenfor at de var duplisert) og H1-H3-taggene .
Vi fulgte det samme opplegget ved manuell kobling av nettstedssider til hverandre - vi sendte ganske enkelt anbefalinger om hvilken side vi skulle plassere lenken på og et anker med URL-en til lenken.
Denne prosessen tok omtrent to uker til, mens alle godkjenninger for endring av innholdet på siden gikk gjennom kjeden fra oss til ansvarlige ledere i banken. Banken lyttet forresten til de aller fleste av våre anbefalinger og endret innholdet slik vi fortalte dem.
Kommersielle faktorer
Separat fra alt annet analyserte vi kommersielle faktorer på bankens nettsider. På plussiden hadde siden allerede en innebygd funksjon ringe tilbake og chatte med en støtteoperatør, samt for hvert innskudd og kreditttilbud hadde egen kalkulator. Av minusene var det umulig å kontakte støttetjenesteoperatører ved å bruke populære direktemeldinger, og siden "Kontakter" hadde ikke et innebygd kart fra Yandex eller Google med plasseringen av banken. For det meste ble disse ulempene eliminert etter at hovedarbeidet på stedet var fullført.
Etter vårt forslag fjernet bankansatte også utdatert informasjon om denne finansinstitusjonen i Yandex.Directory og Google My Business og la til gjeldende informasjon.
Konklusjon
Yandex.Metrica-skjermbildet nedenfor viser hvor mye vi klarte å øke trafikken til nettstedet og hvor lenge.
Opprinnelig ble den metriske telleren installert av nettstedsadministratorer i desember 2016 (dette er ikke synlig på skjermbildet). Deretter, i 2,5 måneder, beregnet beregningen ganske enkelt statistikk, og allerede fra slutten av mars (som vi skrev ovenfor), begynte teamet vårt å jobbe på nettstedet. Resultatet kunne etter vår mening blitt mye bedre hvis det ikke var for den konstante koordineringen av alle våre handlinger med banksjefer, bankansattes arbeid med å rette feil, koordinering av hva de gjorde med våre ansatte, og lignende. Som et resultat varte prosessen, som kunne ha tatt maksimalt to uker, i en og en halv måned (om ikke mer). På den annen side kan man også forstå topplederne i banken - de har rett og slett ikke rett til å la fremmede jobbe på nettstedet, og foretrekker å stole på IT-spesialistene sine.
Til dags dato er det eneste resultatet av arbeidet som er utført på nettstedet, som vi allerede har sagt, bare en økning i trafikken med 2,3 ganger. Vi har ikke data om å øke kundebasen.
På det første FinMachine-forumet som ble holdt på fredag, fortalte direktøren for risikomodelleringsavdelingen til Sberbank Maxim Eremenko og lederen for FoU innen datavitenskap Andrey Chertok hvordan største bank Land bruker blant annet maskinlæring for å generere krav og finne forretningspartnere for sine kunder.
Maxim Eremenko: På for øyeblikket Vi har fullt ut nærmet oss problemet med å oppdage og deretter forutsi atferdsmønstre for kortholdere. Ved å analysere aktiviteten til kortholdere lærte vi å identifisere disse mønstrene.
Andrey Chertok: Som en del av vår deltakelse i et av bankens prosjekter, oppdager vi atferdsmønstre hos bankkunder basert på deres transaksjoner. De første modellene var assosiert med den beskrivende analysen av transaksjonsatferd. For eksempel hadde ikke klienten bilrelaterte kjøp - de dukket opp. Dette betyr at han kjøpte en bil, og nå er det for eksempel mulig å tilby en slik kunde produkter eller tjenester som er nyttige for bileiere.
Den neste oppgaven er å forutsi visse hendelser, inkludert selve kjøpet. I tillegg til mønstre, med bruken av visse MCC-koder, blir det mulig å trekke ut nok informasjon fra dataene interessante historier, inkludert de som er knyttet til kortinnehavernes spareaktiviteter. Det vil si at vi ser hvilke bankkunder som sparer penger og forhindrer enkelte store kjøp. Dette kan forbedre modellene betraktelig. Banken kan gi et bredere tilbud. Dette betyr imidlertid at slike modeller hele tiden må tilpasses.
På lysbildet ser vi tre ganske klare tilfeller: bilkjøp, oppussing av leilighet/kjøp av møbler og behandlingskostnader. Det er spesielt verdifullt om kunden kan gi tilbakemelding på produktene som tilbys ham. Derfor er det nødvendig å lage modeller som kan ta hensyn til dette. tilbakemelding. På mange måter er dette det samme prinsippet som ligger til grunn for forsterkningslæringsmodellene som vi nå begynner å utvikle.
Reinforcement learning, som for tiden utvikles av blant andre OpenAI og DeepMind, er en forkynner av AI slik de ønsker å se det. Systemet er ikke forhåndsinstallert med noen verdensmodell, og systemet vet faktisk ingenting om det. Systemet begynner å samhandle med verden, motta tilbakemeldinger, såkalte belønninger. Systemet justerer deretter oppførselen sin basert på hvor gode eller dårlige belønningene mottas. Når det gjelder bankprodukter, er belønning for eksempel hvor interessant eller uinteressant et bestemt banktilbud viser seg å være for kundene.
Ved å bruke metoder med spesifikke egenskaper som muliggjør forsterkende læring, kan vi tilpasse disse algoritmene i sanntid. Blant de nye tilnærmingene kan det også bemerkes at det nylig ble publisert en artikkel av samme DeepMind i Nature, der de snakker om hvordan elementer fra en Turing-maskin ble introdusert i et nevralt nettverk. Som et resultat var det nevrale nettverket i stand til å ha minne, som nevrale nettverk mangler på dette stadiet.
Case 2. Salgstraktoptimalisering
Andrey Chertok: I dette tilfellet analyserer vi transaksjonsaktivitet, og ser etter klynger av klienter med visse atferdsmønstre. Men i dette tilfellet forbinder vi dem ikke med spådommen om noen hendelser. For eksempel kan vi finne kunder som flyr ofte, reiser til utlandet og ofte konverterer valuta. Basert på dette gir vi tilbud til slike kunder mer effektivt.
Lysbildene viser hvilke mønstre vi kan finne og hvilke produkter vi kan tilby i dette tilfellet. Generelt er historien klar – her er det antatt visse metoder knyttet til clustering. Dataprojeksjon, for eksempel.
Case 3. Optimalisering av kontantsirkulasjon
Andrey Chertok:Sberbank har et bredt nettverk av minibanker, filialer og et opplegg for å jobbe med bedriftskunder. Følgelig oppstår oppgaven med å forutsi morgendagens etterspørsel etter kontanter. Jo mer nøyaktig vi lager denne prognosen, jo mer nøyaktig, la oss si, kan vi fordele disse pengene. På den ene siden er det viktig at pengene ikke står stille i minibanker, men i stedet kan vi sette dem på et korttidsinnskudd. På den annen side bestreber vi oss på å unngå tap av omdømme – pengene går tidligere enn planlagt, og minibanken slutter å fungere, og kunden er fortsatt misfornøyd.
Her trenger vi modeller som kan håndtere asymmetriske feil. De første modellene er veldig enkle og er basert på klassiske metoder for tidsserieanalyse knyttet til utjevningen. Nå kreves det mer nøyaktige tilnærminger, og maskinlæringsmetoder brukes allerede aktivt. Naturligvis må slike metoder være tilpasningsdyktige, siden etterspørselen avhenger både av makroøkonomiske faktorer og av parametere som plasseringen av minibanker i byen og værmeldingen. Å kombinere heterogene funksjoner gir mer signifikante resultater enn å bruke andre maskinlæringsmodeller.
Case 4. Modellering av sannsynligheten for mislighold for små bedrifter i sanntid
Maxim Eremenko: I 2014 snakket alle om Big Data. I 2015 ble maskinlæring forstyrrende og på kanten. I år var hovedtrenden dyp læring. Neste år skal de selvsagt snakke om forsterkende læring.
I motsetning til de tre tidligere trendene, er forsterkende læring lett å prøve på åpne plattformer. Åpen kunstig intelligens, finansiert av Elon Musk, og DeepMind-plattformen er trent på dataspill ved hjelp av en åpen API som lar deg komme inn i spillkoden.
Vi får en kamp mellom to algoritmer. Hvis vi på 80-90-tallet spilte Pac-Man, styrer maskinen det nå, og denne algoritmen kan endres. DeepMind gikk litt lenger langs denne veien og bygde sammen med Blizzard en algoritme for StarCraft.
Algoritmer er trent på en slik måte at de rasjonaliserer dem for fullstendig anvendte problemer. I fremtiden kan de effektivt trenes på oppgaver knyttet til for eksempel oversettelse av tekstinformasjon til vektorer.
Slike oppgaver er grunnlaget for Google Word2vec-motoren, som utfører oversettelse fra tekstinformasjon til en vektor, søk og hele den semantiske analysen av teksten den er basert på.
Men selve saken er litt annerledes. Vi gjennomgikk de aktive kundene i porteføljen vår i B2B- og B2C-segmentene, og la spesielt vekt på små bedrifter som aktivt utveksler betalinger. Og da vi jobbet med dem, prøvde vi å forlate klassisk kredittscoring og -analyse regnskap og gjennomføre en kvalitativ vurdering av risikoer med hensyn til omdømmet til mottakeren, ledere og lignende parametere. I stedet begynte vi å bruke en slags aggregert beregning, og baserte oss utelukkende på transaksjoner - i hovedsak gjorde vi analytisk scoring basert på dataene som er tilgjengelige for banken.
Som et resultat viste det seg at modellen basert på kredittscoring, som rangerer klienter etter sannsynlighet for mislighold, praktisk talt ikke er forskjellig når det gjelder kvantitative nøyaktighetsmålinger fra klassiske modeller. Ginien hennes er nesten den samme med 60-65%. Men hvis bankens egen informasjon er beriket med eksterne data, for eksempel fra sosiale nettverk, og brukt til rangering, kan nøyaktigheten økes ytterligere.
I praksis betyr dette at det ikke er behov for å kaste bort tid på å vurdere risiko ut fra en klassisk analyse. Du kan behandle dataene som er i systemet og få en statistisk like relevant kvalitetsmåling.
Denne modellen kan nå bare brukes til å generere en liste over forhåndsgodkjente forslag. Hvis klienten sier: "ok, jeg er enig," så er prosessen mer komplisert. Over tid, hvis vi ser at kvaliteten på strømmen har blitt opprettholdt på dagens nivå eller høyere, og modellen viser mer prediktiv nøyaktighet, så kan den brukes som et alternativ.
Case 5. Natural Language Processing-algoritmer for å analysere og generere påstander
Maxim Eremenko: Når vi brukte verktøy for å jobbe med tekst eller naturlig språkbehandling, ble vi møtt med det faktum at Sberbank er ganske stort antall bruker menneskelige ressurser og tidsressurser på å analysere krav og utarbeide svar. Samtidig kan analysen av det meste av saksøkernes informasjon, og selve kravmeldingene adressert til Sberbank, automatiseres. Maxim Eremenko: For aktive B2B-brukere kan du gjøre mer enn bare en vurdering kredittrisiko, men også for å velge typiske mønstre av partneren sin. Hvis vi ser et selskap med lignende profil i porteføljen økonomisk aktivitet, og begge tilhører omtrent samme årskull, det vil si at dette ikke er store investerings- og småbedrifter, så velger vi ut fra disse mønstrene partnere og anbefaler hvilke relasjoner som kan være av interesse for dem.
Tilfelle 7. Algoritmer for @SberbankML_Bot chatbot
Maxim Eremenko: Chatboten vår er fortsatt bare å lære, men den gjør også noen ting som mange allerede vet hvordan de skal gjøre, for eksempel videresending via API til åpne kilder som Wikipedia. Spør du ham hvem Gref eller Putin er, vil han svare.
Vi har en intern forpliktelse overfor sjefene våre om at boten innen sommeren 2017 vil kunne føre en samtale om banktemaer, pluss vil ha grunnleggende kognitive evner og vil kunne gjennomføre samtaler om abstrakte emner. Case 8. Algoritmene våre kan ikke bare lære seg selv, men også skrive poesi
Maxim Eremenko: Dette er et mer underholdende prosjekt. Vi tok et tilbakevendende nevralt nettverk basert på diktene til Pushkin, Lermontov og litt på Jira-chatten til utviklerne selv, og trente systemet til å skrive poesi. Først taklet hun ikke bra selv med jambisk tetrameter, men så begynte til og med rim å dukke opp. Nå klarer han å skrive poesi selv om Sberbank.

Ideen, modellen, spillets visuelle konsept – alt ble oppfunnet og utviklet i banken. Det involverte byrået tegnet og programmerte bare oppdraget. Prototypen for å lage et nettoppdrag var et treningsbrettspill, også laget av ansatte i banken vår.
