"iMoneyBank" - entrance to your personal account. Where to pay a loan taken from AiMoneyBank? New phone numbers of Aimani Bank
The bank was registered in July 1992 in the Altai Republic. Until January 2013, it operated under the name Altaienergobank. In May 2012, the main owner of the financial institution at that time, Sergei Vostrikov, announced his intention to launch his own project, providing for mediation between credit institutions and trading companies for the sale of goods on credit (analogous to the American Instant Money). At the end of 2012, Altaienergobank announced a change in its logo and a new trading name - iMoneyBank. In January 2013, the head office moved to Moscow, and the official name of the bank also changed - to CB AiMoneyBank LLC. The rebranding led to a shift in priorities in the work of the financial institution, which is now positioned “not so much as a bank, but as a service that helps people,” primarily in obtaining car loans.
In the fall of 2013, Igor Kim, through the Expo Capital bank controlled by him, acquired a blocking stake in the capital of AiMoneyBank, and at the end of December 2013, in accordance with previously announced plans, he brought it to a controlling stake through an increase in the capital of the credit institution. In April 2014, it became known that the shareholders of the Moscow Finprombank, who acquired their shares from Expo Capital Bank and other beneficiaries, were included in the membership of AiMoneyBank. Let us recall that before the entry into the capital of Finprombank shareholders, the share of Expo Capital Bank in the capital of AiManiBank was 54.75%.
According to the disclosed scheme, Alexander Kashapov (13.45%) and Yana Fedorova (2.09%) retained their stakes in AiMoneyBank. The new co-owners of AiMoneyBank are: Sibtrans LLC, UM Management Ltd., Global Invest LLC, Aspect-Management LLC, Air Invest LLC. All five of the above companies are also among the owners of Finprombank. Shareholders of AiMoneyBank are also Stanislav Perminov, Anatoly Goncharov (9.95% each), Igor Volchikhin (9.64%), Eva Kavinskaya (9.55%), Anatoly Kalinichenko, Pyotr Kondrashov, Andrey Belkin (9.50% each). , Dmitry Semenov (9.00%) and Evgeny Lyubimov (7.87%).
Global Invest, whose key beneficiary is Pyotr Kondrashov, and Aspect Management, whose main owner is Andrey Belkin, each control 19.99% in Finprombank. UM Management Ltd., the sole owner of which is Stanislav Perminov, a member of the board of directors of Finprombank, controls 19.98%, Sibtrans LLC (the main owner is the chairman of the board of directors of Finprombank Anatoly Goncharov) - 18.47%, Air Invest LLC ( key owner - Dmitry Semenov) - about 18.22%, Evgeny Lyubimov - 1.73%.
The network of divisions includes 9 additional and 34 credit and cash offices, as well as one operational cash desk outside the cash desk. The number of personnel as of January 1, 2015 was 776 employees. The company's own ATM network includes 35 devices.
The financial organization abandoned the corporate direction; the basis of its business model is the provision of retail loans, in particular car loans and non-targeted loans, secured by an existing car (including, presumably, through a brokerage scheme). As part of the development of retail business, in 2011 the bank launched the interbank federal program for consumer express lending “Instant Money”. Under this program, the bank and its partners, under a single brand, issued “box” loans in offices and retail outlets - non-personalized bank cards with an approved loan; One of the partners was the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Post". In May 2012, the Central Bank ordered the bank to reduce retail lending by two-thirds. Subsequently, it was reported that a change in the bank’s development strategy involves abandoning the “Instant Money” program (it is not currently offered on the bank’s website). Currently, iMoneyBank, in addition to several types of car loans, offers deposits and a debit card with a credit limit “iAutopiggy bank”.
At the end of 2015, the net assets of the credit institution showed significant growth (+29.2%, or 6.5 billion rubles) and as of January 1, 2016 reached 28.9 billion rubles. The increase in liabilities is due to a sharp increase in the portfolio of funds raised in the deposits of individuals (+36.1%, or 5.8 billion rubles), and funds from legal entities also increased to a lesser extent (+24.7%, or 122.5 million rubles) and own funds (+1.8%, or 50.2 million rubles). At the same time, there is a decrease in the volume of attracted interbank loans (-62.4%, or 1.1 billion rubles) and issued securities (-99.9%, or 243.2 million rubles).
In the active part, there is a sharp increase in the volume of other assets (+67.3%, or 6.3 billion rubles) and highly liquid funds (+123.1%, or 3.8 billion rubles), and the bank also increased the portfolio of issued interbank loans (in 2 times, or by 490.6 million rubles), while the credit institution sharply reduced the volume of its loan portfolio (-46.3%, or 4 billion rubles) and, to a lesser extent, the volume of investments in securities (-4.4%, or 35.6 million rubles).
A significant share of liabilities is made up of household deposits (76.1%), while during the period under review there has been a positive trend (+36.1% since the beginning of 2015). About 63% of the total volume of deposits falls on deposits placed for a period of 1 to 3 years. Own funds (capital) form 9.6% of the bank's liabilities, those attracted by interbank loans - 2.2%, funds of enterprises and organizations - 2.1%, which are almost entirely represented by balances on current accounts. The credit institution's client base is small, payment dynamics are moderate, and turnover on client accounts amounts to 5.7-13.5 billion rubles monthly.
In the structure of assets, the dominant position is occupied by other assets - 54.4%, which 95.9% consist of investments in acquired claims, another 23.8% are formed by highly liquid assets, most of which consist of balances on correspondent accounts. nostro accounts in Russian banks. The loan portfolio occupies 16.2% of net assets, which is 72.8% represented by loans to individuals, mainly car loans. The share of corporate clients in the loan portfolio does not exceed 30%. According to the bank’s reporting (RAS), the level of overdue loans is high (10.4% as of January 2016, 2.4% at the beginning of 2015), however, the reserve ratio for issued loans is positive in dynamics and is at the level of 27.2% , is growing dynamically (7.3% at the beginning of 2015). This may indirectly indicate the actually low quality of the loan portfolio. The loans are secured by collateral in the amount of 17.5 billion rubles (372.6% of the loan portfolio), not counting guarantees and sureties, which is a fairly high figure.
Investments in securities (which are almost entirely represented by bonds transferred under repo transactions - 87%) and funds in banks (issued interbank loans) account for slightly more than 2% of assets.
In the domestic market of interbank loans, the bank acts as a net borrower. In addition, due to the significant dependence of the resource base on the funds of individuals, the bank holds an impressive amount of highly liquid assets on its balance sheet - 23.8% (+123.1% since the beginning of 2015). In the foreign exchange market, during the year the bank reduced its turnover from 19.5 billion rubles to 8.1 million rubles.
According to RAS reporting data, at the end of 2015 the bank received a net loss in the amount of 24.7 million rubles (at the end of 2014, profit was 120.1 million rubles).
Board of Directors: Igor Volchikhin, Anatoly Goncharov, Evgeny Lyubimov, Alexander Kashapov, Lyudmila Usilova.
Governing body: Igor Volchikhin (acting chairman), Marina Sorokina (acting chief accountant).

Appeal to the Central Bank today after a stupid visit to the bank:
Good afternoon I ask you to look into the situation and take action against the bank CB Aymanibank LLC due to failure to fulfill its obligations to its clients (depositors). I have been a client of this bank for many years, I had deposits when it was still AltaiEnergoBank, and until now I have used the Avtokopilka debit card. On September 28, 2016, I wanted to withdraw the funds accumulated on the account of this card in the region of my residence, Pushkino Moscow Region, but the Vozrozhdenie Bank terminal refused to issue cash. Having contacted the hotline of LLC KB "iMoneyBank" 8-800-510-0000, I learned that at the moment, due to technical problems with conducting card transactions, I can only receive money at bank branches located in Moscow and the next appointment is being made as of 10/4/2016, and problems with the cards have been going on for 3 days.
I made an appointment for 10/4/16 at the Chistoprudny Boulevard branch, 9 building 1. All bank branches are open only on weekdays and from 10 to 16 hours, which already creates an inconvenience, since I had to take a day at my own expense work. But it's not that. Arriving at the branch of Chistoprudny Blvd., 9 building 1 at 11-30, I find out that there is no more money, it managed to run out in 1.5 hours of work! When I asked specialist M-voy Elena “why was I registered here but not provided with cash?”, I was told that the head office did not make collections for this department and they are not responsible for the fact that people were registered with them through the hotline. The head of the department could not answer when there would be money to be issued and whether it was available in other offices or at the head office and advised me to come again and maybe from the proceeds they could give out 3000-5000 rubles, if I was lucky.
I tried to call the hotline from the office and then the answering machine was connected 5 more times, telling me in a circle that the operators were busy and I had to wait for an answer for 2 minutes, 1 minute, then again 2 minutes, etc. After 15 minutes of waiting like this, each time I hung up. Last time I ordered a call back. They called me back from the hotline only at 17:00, they cannot explain why this happened and they are not responsible for this situation, they cannot say who is responsible, but they can again sign up at some branch to receive cash on 10.10.16, but They cannot guarantee the availability of funds to cover everything recorded.
What kind of attitude is this towards their clients? Why, accepting people only by appointment and booking them on a certain date, did the bank employees not provide the required amount of cash? And none of the employees of this bank are responsible for anything, neither the hotline workers, nor the manager of the branch, some make an appointment, others send them home, and you can’t complain, it seems like the bank works, issues money, it’s just that we signed up and came a little after 11 o’clock no luck, come back again, maybe next time there will be enough money or the technical problem will resolve.
In connection with all of the above, I ask you to look into this situation and take action, I have neither free time nor extra money to take time off from work and travel every day or even a week to the branches of this bank, hoping for luck to get at least 5 rubles. out of 32,000 and return with nothing. Regarding this situation, a complaint was written to the Book of Complaints and Suggestions No. 12 dated October 4, 2016 on page 25. Considering the inability of CB AiMoneyBank LLC to respond to its obligations to its clients (depositors) in full and on time, I petition to deprive this bank of its license until the bank’s management has withdrawn the remaining funds and tangible assets.
The financial organization AiMoneyBank lost its license in 2016, and Orange Bank acquired a controlling stake in the documents of the liquidated bank. This information should be known to both creditors and depositors of AiMoneyBank, because notifications about the transfer of assets to Orange Bank were sent to the phones of all bank clients at the insistence of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency. Former clients who took out a loan before closing can get help by calling the DIA customer support line: 8 800 200-08-05
Where to get information on iMoneyBank
It will not be possible to reach AiMoneyBank using the old phone number, because the organization no longer exists. The above toll-free hotline number belongs to the Deposit Insurance Agency. A citizen interested in finding contacts to communicate with a liquidated organization obviously does not know the fact that the bank of which he was once a client has been closed; You can get additional information on AiMoneyBank on the website of the deposit insurance agency, section “Liquidation of banks”.
What can you find out by calling the support line?
The customer support phone number does not provide information about the liquidated iMoneyBank organization. If you were previously a client of this bank and did not receive a notification about the closure of the organization, and you still have unclosed accounts, then you will receive an answer from the call manager of the Deposit Insurance Agency.
Time to resolve problems, quality of hotline work
Call center employees work quickly and try to solve the problems of citizens who call the company within one phone call. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, the operator will ask for time to clarify information about the caller’s problem and report the approximate time when he will call back. Not only former clients of iMoneyBank, but also anyone interested in information on the organization’s work can contact the support service.
