For depositors of JSC "RMB" BANK

The State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) informs about the onset on September 4, 2017. insured event in a relationship credit institution Joint Stock Company "Russian International Bank"(hereinafter referred to as JSC "RMB" BANK), Moscow, registration number according to the Book of State Registration of Credit Institutions 3123, in connection with the revocation of its license to carry out banking operations based on the order of the Bank of Russia dated September 4, 2017 N OD-2550.

In accordance with the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 N 177-FZ "On insurance of deposits of individuals in banks of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law), depositors of JSC RMB BANK, including those who opened deposits (accounts) in the Bank for carrying out entrepreneurial activities, are entitled to receive compensation on deposits (hereinafter referred to as compensation). The obligation to pay compensation is assigned by the said Federal Law to the Agency, which performs the functions of an insurer.

Compensation is paid to the depositor in the amount 100 percent of the sum of all his contributions(accounts) in a bank, including those opened for business activities, as of the date of occurrence of an insured event, including interest, but in total no more than 1.4 million rubles. Interest is calculated on the date of occurrence of the insured event based on the terms of each specific contract bank deposit(accounts).

On a bank deposit (account) in foreign currency compensation is calculated in rubles at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia as of September 4, 2017.

If there are counterclaims of the bank to the depositor, then when calculating the compensation, their amount is deducted from the amount of deposits (accounts), while the repayment of these claims does not occur.

Amounts of deposits for which no reimbursement has been paid will be repaid in the course of bankruptcy proceedings(liquidation) in relation to the bank as part of the first priority of creditors (for deposits (accounts) opened for entrepreneurial activities - as part of the third priority).

Acceptance of applications for the payment of compensation on deposits and for the inclusion of the bank's obligations in the register of creditors' claims (hereinafter referred to as applications for payment of compensation) and other required documents, as well as the payment of compensation will be carried out with September 18, 2017 on September 18, 2018 across PJSC "BANK URALSIB" and JSC "Rosselkhozbank" acting on behalf of the Agency and at its expense as agent banks. WITH September 19, 2018 acceptance of applications for payment of compensation, other necessary documents and payment of compensation will be carried out either through agent banks or by the Agency independently, which will be announced later.

In accordance with the Federal Law, the payment of compensation is carried out before the day of completion of bankruptcy proceedings (liquidation) in relation to the bank. If the depositor (his heir) misses the deadline for applying for compensation, the deadline may be restored at the request of the depositor (his heir) in the presence of the circumstances specified in Part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law.

To the attention of depositors: each of the agent banks is authorized to pay compensation only to a certain group of depositors of RMB BANK JSC, depending on initial letter names of the contributor. To determine the agent bank, you can use the "Find your agent bank" service on the Agency's official website on the Internet (section "Insured events/JSC RMB BANK").

The depositor has the right to apply for the payment of compensation to any division of his agent bank, indicated on the official website of the Agency on the Internet.

In order to receive a refund, the depositor submits to the agent bank only a passport or other identification document, and also fills out an application for payment of compensation according to prescribed form. Application forms can be obtained and filled in at departments of agent banks or copied from the Agency's official website on the Internet (www.asv.org.ru, section "Deposit insurance/Document forms").

The depositor can apply for the payment of compensation either personally or through his representative, whose powers must be confirmed by a notarized power of attorney (an approximate text of the power of attorney is available on the official website of the Agency on the Internet: www.asv.org.ru, section " Deposit Insurance/Document Forms").

Depositors of JSC "RMB" BANK can receive compensation for deposits (accounts) opened not for entrepreneurial activities, as in cash in cash, and by transferring funds to an account in a bank participating in the system compulsory insurance deposits specified by the contributor.

Payment of compensation on deposits (accounts) opened for entrepreneurial activities is made by transferring the amount of compensation to the account indicated by the depositor in a bank participating in the system of compulsory deposit insurance, opened for entrepreneurial activities. If at the time of reimbursement individual entrepreneur declared insolvent (bankrupt), such payment is made by transferring the amount of compensation to the debtor's account used in the course of bankruptcy proceedings. In this case, the application for payment of compensation must be accompanied by a certificate (or other document) issued by the bankruptcy trustee or the court that decided to declare the depositor bankrupt (if the bankruptcy trustee has not been appointed), stating that the specified account is the debtor's account (the debtor's main account) used in the course of bankruptcy proceedings opened against the investor, or by the debtor's current account opened on his behalf by the bankruptcy trustee, or deposit account court. If at the time of payment of compensation an individual entrepreneur has lost his status, the payment is made both in cash and by transferring funds to the bank account indicated by the depositor. In this case, the application for reimbursement must be accompanied by a document confirming state registration the fact of loss of the status of an individual entrepreneur.

Depositors of JSC "RMB" BANK, residing outside the settlements where subdivisions of agent banks that pay compensation are located, can also send applications for payment of compensation by mail to the Agency at the following address: 109240, Moscow, Vysotskogo str., 4. In this case, the payment of compensation will be carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring it to an account in a bank participating in the system of compulsory deposit insurance, indicated by the depositor in the application for payment of compensation, or in cash by mail order at the place of residence of the depositor (except for compensation for deposits (accounts) opened for entrepreneurial activities). The signature on the application sent by mail (for the amount of compensation over 3,000 rubles) must be notarized. In the absence of locality notary, the authenticity of the depositor's signature on the application may be certified by the head of the local administration or a specially authorized official of the local self-government body. A copy of the identity document of the contributor must also be attached to the application when sent by mail.

Depositors who, after the payment of compensation, have a part of the bank's obligations on bank deposits (accounts) outstanding, can receive it in the course of bankruptcy proceedings (liquidation) against the bank, subject to the presentation of their claims by the creditor to JSC "RMB" BANK. To do this, the depositor needs to fill out the appropriate section in the application for the payment of compensation when applying to the division of the agent bank for the payment of compensation. Registration of such requirements is carried out by divisions of agent banks that pay compensation from September 18, 2017.

In case of disagreement related to the amount of compensation payable, or the absence of data on the depositor in the register of obligations of JSC "RMB" BANK to depositors, the depositor may file a statement of disagreement and submit it to the agent bank for transfer to the Agency, or independently send such an application to mail to the Agency with an attachment additional documents confirming the validity of the depositor's claims: bank deposit (account) agreement, credit cash warrant etc.

From September 18, the Deposit Insurance Agency starts settlements with Russian depositors International Bank(Moscow), whose license was revoked on September 4 this year. The announcement of the payments was published by the Department of Public Relations of the DIA.

According to the register of obligations of the RIB received by the agency, about 9 thousand depositors can apply for compensation for a total amount of about 9.2 billion rubles, including about 70 depositors with accounts (deposits) for entrepreneurial activities, with claims for 11.7 million rubles .

Recall that, based on the data of the official reporting of the RMB, as of August 1, 2017, the DIA preliminary estimated payments for this insured event at 9.84 billion rubles, and the total amount in the bank as of that date was 15.2 billion rubles.

Applications for insurance payments and other necessary documents, as well as payments themselves, will be accepted through agent banks until September 18, 2018 inclusive, and the DIA will inform about payments after this date additionally.

Rosselkhozbank JSC "Rosselkhozbank" is one of the largest banks in the Russian Federation, specializing in financing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. 100% of RSHB shares are state-owned.
