Explanations to the most important changes in GOST R 21.1101-2013
(compared to GOST R 21.1101-2009)
Section 3 "Terms and Definitions"
The terms "main set of workers drawings", "Plan", "Facade", "Equipment", "Building Material" are introduced.
Because Some terms entered the Interstate Standard GOST 21.501-2011, then in this National Standard (GOST R), they are given both borrowed (within, with reference to GOST 21.501).
The section is supplemented by terms from GOST 2.102 (props, attribute, etc.), which are necessary to understand the rules for filling the main inscriptions, covers and title sheets.
Subsection 4.1 "Project Documentation"
Paragraph 4.1.1
Section 5 - usually the largest section. For large projects, as it turned out, often lacks the division of this section on "parts (they are subsections) - books." Therefore, it provides for section 5 that the subsections of this section are divided into parts and books.
In accordance with this basic change, appropriate changes are made to clauses 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.
It is determined that the words about the "large volume" of the documentation relate to the documentation on paper. Based on this volume, the section (or subsection) is divided into parts and books.
In addition, a new position has appeared that the section and subsection can be divided into parts and books not only depending on the amount of documentation, but also by other features (for example, when performing some part of the project documentation by subcontractors).
Paragraph 4.1.3.
This item is recycled due to the fact that the sections and subsections are divided into parts and books. For section 5, another degree of division appeared.
"The designation of the subsection complied with the form of a separate volume (see 4.1.1), is from the designation of the section to which the subsection number is added.
If the subsection is divided into parts, the designation of the part is made up of the designation of the subsection to which the part number is added via the point. If the part is divided into books, the designation of the book (if necessary) is made up of the part of the part to which the book number is added through the point. "
In this regard, examples were changed.
At this point, the following paragraph appeared:
"Based on provisions 4.1.1 - 4.1.3, 4.2.3 - 4.2.7, standards of organizations on the designation of textual and graphic documents that are part of the design and working documentation that take into account the characteristics of the designation depending on the volume of documentation, document management conditions and used CAD and SED. "
Paragraph 4.1.4.
In this point, the words "are generally completed in the following order".
This means that it may not be necessary for all of the documents listed below.
For very large projects, many dozens, or even hundreds of volumes, it is planned to be the possibility that the document "The composition of the project documentation" is not included in each volume - it is completed in the form of a separate volume.
Naturally, this assumption should be applied when the number of volumes is significantly larger (several times) than the number of project documentation sections (now 14 of them).
Subsection 4.2 "Working Documentation"
Paragraph 4.2.1. The first listing is reduced, because Everything is already written in the definition of the term "main set".
Paragraph 4.2.5.
According to the new edition of the Standard, it is allowed to form the main sets of work drawings with individual documents for any brand, and not just electrical stamps.
Paragraphs 4.2.6 and 4.2.7
This clause is listed only the most general accompanying documents that can be included in any brand.
Under the "other" are understood, for example, the "statement of pipelines" in GOST 21.401-88, "Specification of the metal" according to GOST 21.502-2007.
With greater details, the general principles of the designation of the attached documents are given.
In the example for the specification of equipment, products and materials, the cipher "C" - according to the current GOST 21.110-95. In the project of the new GOST 21.110, this cipher is changed to "CO".
Paragraph 4.2.8.
Due to the uncertainty of the status of "typical building structures (" series ") (they are not canceled, but at present there is no current regulatory document establishing the procedure for the development and application of these drawings) to this item a footnote:
"If necessary, drawings of typical designs, products and nodes are recorded without changing the designation in the" Accellenged Documents "section and transmitted to the Customer in accordance with 4.2.6."
Paragraph 4.2.9.
"4.2.9 The form, rules for the implementation and designation of the document, which provides the composition of all working documentation, made in accordance with the Treaty, are established in the standards of the organization."
Paragraph 4.3.5
Some requirements for general instructions are refined, in particular to the list of regulatory documents.
Added paragraph about the need to number the points of general instructions.
Subsection 5.1 "General"
This subsection is substantially supplemented, mainly by reference to ECC standards on electronic documents and the rules of their appeal, which with certain assumptions can be used for project documentation.
A clause is introduced on the possibility of using types of lines missing in GOST 2.303:
"5.1.3 in the graphic documents of the image and the symbols are performed by lines according to GOST 2.303. It is allowed to use other types of lines, names, drawing, thickness and main purpose of which are installed in the relevant SPDS standards. " (This contains in mind GOST 21.501-93 (clause 2.5.1), GOST 21.204-93, GOST 21.302. These types of lines that are missing in GOST 2.303 are installed).
The subsection is supplemented with the requirements for the performance of the drawings in the color form:
"5.1.4 In graphic documents, the conditional designations should be carried out in the main black color. Some conditional designations or their individual elements are allowed to be performed by other colors. Instructions on the color of the symbols are given in the relevant SPDS standards. If the color of the symbols used in the drawings and diagrams are not installed in the standards, their purpose indicates the drawings.
In the originals intended for the manufacture of black and white copies, color conditional designations and their elements should be performed in black. "
It should be noted that in GOST 21.302, the requirements for the colors of symbols have long been established. Therefore, this item is just a statement of fact.
Paragraph 5.1.6
Required rules for applying images of images in the drawings.
The second paragraph of this point is complemented by the following proposal:
"In these cases, the scale is indicated in parentheses immediately after image names in accordance with GOST 2.316 (paragraph 4.19)."
Clause 5.1.10
"5.1.10 for consideration, approval, examination and approval are copies of documents of project and working documentation, compounded as indicated in 4.1 and 4.2."
This item establishes (or rather, reminds) what exactly is transmitted to customers. The definition of the term "copy" is given in GOST R 21.1003.
Subsection 5.2 "Main inscriptions"
Paragraph 5.2.1
This point is given a refined answer to a very long and frequently asked question: "Is it possible to have the main inscription on the long side of the A4 format?"
Now the answer is "you can", but in certain cases:
"For text documents in tabular form is allowed, if necessary, to have the main inscription along the long side of the sheet."
In the appendix and this corresponding Figure and.2.
Paragraph 5.2.2.
The concept of "Capital Sheet" was introduced for documents with title sheets - this is the next after the title page of the text document, which is made in the main inscription in the form 5. This sheet cannot be called first, because The first sheet of the document decorated with a title list, according to P.8.5 is the title page. Indeed, in this case, in the column "Sheet" of the main inscription in form 5 is the number 2!
This term is not something new, it is applied in ECCD standards (GOST 2.104 and GOST 2.106) and was in CH 460-74 (part 1).
Accordingly, the name of the form 5 is fixed in the Appendix J.
Paragraph 5.2.3.
The word "Text" added to the first paragraph: "If some text documents ...".
This item has moved and supplemented with a note to form 6 of the application.
"When designing a basic set of work drawings with individual documents, documents containing solid text and / or in the form of tables (for example, general data, cable log, etc.), are issued as text documents. In this case, the first sheet of the document is drawn up by the main inscription in form 3, subsequent - in form 6. "
New paragraph 5.2.9
"5.2.9 is allowed to additionally identify project documents using barcode.
At the same time, the country code, the code of the developer organization, the designation of the document and the designation of the document should be used as props of the barcode. Other details can be used in addition.
The barcode is recommended to be placed in the lower right corner of the field of the format of the document on the main inscription. "
The barcode makes it possible to quickly search for documents using a manual scanner installed at the user's workplace. Barcode is also used to identify when scanning.
The barcode is calculated automatically when filling in the details of the main inscription and recorded in a special field.
The recommended location of the barcode is taken from the ECC standard.
This provision is given in subsection 5.2, because The barcode contains the same data as the main inscription.
Subsection 5.2 "Coordination axes
Paragraph 5.3.1
In this new paragraph, the main purpose of the coordination axes is formulated:
- to determine the mutual arrangement of elements of the building or facilities;
- To bind a building or facilities to a construction geodetic grid or a center base.
Paragraph 5.3.2.
The possibility of designation by the coordination axes of the Latin alphabet letters is introduced.
Paragraph 5.3.3
The item is shown in the refined form: "The sequence of the coordination axes is taken according to plan as shown in Figure 1a: Digital axes - from left to right, alphabetic axes - from the bottom up, or as shown in Figures 1B and 1B.
Clause 5.3.7 Dan in the new edition. Instead of an example, with the designation of the coordination axes of the sections, a more understandable Figure 3b is given, which was in the 1980 standard.
Paragraph 5.3.8.
This clause presents the most common provisions related to the coordination axes in 3D models.
Subsection 5.2 "Applying sizes, slopes, marks and inscriptions"
Paragraph 5.4.3.
Changed the size of the protrusion line. The minimum value is proposed to be changed by 0, i.e. "... In this case, the dimensional lines continue for extreme remote lines (or accordingly for contour or axis) by 0 3 mm."
Those. Selo may be like an example from MS ISO 4066: 1994 (see Right).
For example, in GOST 28984-2011 - only such serifs. See also SP 63.13330.2012.
The last paragraph of this item has been restored, which establishes the rules for drawing the sizes with arrows in the construction drawings.
Also given the following additional paragraph:
"When drawing dimensions on axonometric schemes of technological pipelines and engineering systems, dimensional lines are allowed to limit the arrows."
If you carefully read the first paragraph of paragraph 5.4.2, then its requirement cannot be performed, for example, for a rowed isometric projection (at an angle of 45 °).
Paragraph 5.4.3.
The word "relative" is added to the last sentence, i.e. It turned out "The relative marks above zero indicate with the" + "sign, below zero - with the sign" - "."
In accordance with the current standards, absolute marks indicate without a sign of "+" - in the drawings of the General Plan, automotive and railways, hydro-elevative and other structures.
A note explaining the concept of "zero mark" for buildings:
"As a zero mark for buildings, usually take the level of the first floor floor."
Paragraph 5.4.4.
An additional figure 7b is given, explaining the rule of application of slopes.
Paragraph 5.4.6.
A new Figure 8 is given, which sets the order of bringing outwards for all cases, in particular, when the arrow is below. In GOST 21.701 and GOST 21.702 (instead of GOST R 21.1701-97 and GOST R 21.1702-96), examples that do not meet this requirement are fixed.
Subsection 5.5 "Images (cuts, sections, species, remote elements)"
Paragraph 5.5.2.
This paragraph provides a note that explains the features of the application of the term "incision" in the construction drawings - unlike the design documentation.
All terms on the images are given in GOST 2.305-2008, and in this standard only the terms defining individual types of images used only in construction documentation (plan, facade), and which are not available in GOST 2.305.
Paragraph 5.5.15
The new last paragraph is given:
"It is allowed in the name of the facade to indicate its location, for example," chief "," yard ", etc."
Section 6 rules for performing specifications in the drawings
Paragraph 6.1.
The words "as well as to other drawings" are added, since the specification for forms 7 and 8 is used for product drawings (in accordance with GOST 21.501-2011) and for sketching drawings of non-type products.
Point 6.3.
This paragraph contains the most general requirements (from GOST 2.316) to perform specifications and tables in 3D models of a building or structure.
What should be noted here.
From this point, as well as paragraph 4.1 of GOST 2.316-2008, it follows that the specifications, etc. Tables in electronic models are allowed (in GOST 2.316 it is even recommended) to perform individual documents, and in paragraph 4.2.5 of this standard, it is possible how it can be performed For working documentation.
Section 7 "Rules Amendments"
This section is significantly recycled. First, the general provisions are given (7.1 - 7.3, and then subsections are given with the features of making changes to project and working documentation.
Clause 7.1.1
This clause is recorded that on the basis of the provisions of section 7, standards of organizations that take into account the features of making changes in these organizations can be developed.
Subsection 7.2 "Resolution on making changes"
Paragraph 7.2.4.
Added new paragraph:
"Changes in documents of the main kit of working drawings decorated with separate documents (see 4.2.5), as well as in the documents of the project documentation volume, are made on the basis of one general permission."
New paragraph 7.2.5.
"7.2.5 When making changes to DE, permission is allowed not to do, if the CAD and EDD accounts and storing the versions of the document, and access controls, excluding the possibility of unauthorized changes."
Necessary explanation to this item. The permit is allowed not to be issued if the projects are signed by electronic signatures in the project organization - only this eliminates the possibility of unauthorized amending the CAD and EDS.
Subsection 7.3 "Amendments"
This subsection shows common for the design and working documentation of the requirement. (In brackets gives the numbering of the relevant items in GOST R 21.1101-2009)
Clause 7.3.5
Attention should be paid to this item:
"7.3.5 by a handwritten way of change is made in paper origards of documents in accordance with 7.3.9 - 7.3.16."
Clause 7.3.11 (7.1.3.8)
Here we removed the words about "annulible" sites, because In relation to the images in the drawing, this word has not previously been used before and is not used.
It is not necessary to note this and do not need - even when driving: if not specified, where to look a new image (as indicated in clause 7.3.14), then this means that the site is removed without replacement.
If the site is simply removed (which was allowed even when manually making changes - washes), then this number simply nowhere to bring.
Clause 7.3.12 (7.1.3.9)
Added two new paragraphs:
"It is allowed from the parallelogram with the designation of the change of the line to the changed area not to be carried out.
When making changes to text documents (in the text part of the documents), the line from the parallelogram is not carried out with the designation. "
Clause 7.3.19 (7.1.3.20)
Here you need to explain words about the additional table for making changes (see 5.2.6). This continuation of the table is only needed by making changes by a handwritten way.
Added paragraph:
"In the new (modified) version of the DE in the Change Table indicate the data only on the last change."
Clause 7.3.21 (7.1.3.21)
Changed the rules for filling the Graph "Sheet" in the Change Table
3) When replacing all sheets of the original when manually making changes in the first (title) sheet - "All" (the table of changes on other sheets does not fill in this script), an automated way - "Deputy" On all sheets.
According to many, the number of the current version of the sheet (document) must be on all sheets of the document. That is, by the way, it is also given in GOST 2.503-90.
Those. When replacing all the sheets of the document automated method, the table is filled in all sheets: Count "Changes", "Doc." And the "date" (these graphs on text documents are usually filled automatically on all sheets).
Count "Kol.ch." not filled, because Plots do not allocate with a complete replacement of the document.
About the column "Sub." see below.
(If the text documents are performed without basic inscriptions, then the version of this document is given in footer on all sheets).
Listing e) is shown in the new edition:
"D) in the column" Sub. " - signature of the person responsible for the correctness of the change. When replacing all the sheets of the original automated method, the signature is affixed only on the first (title) sheet. The signature of the normocontroller is affixed in additional graphs on the leaf cover (except for sheets released instead of replaced and new); "
When replacing all sheets of the original when manually making changes, the change table (consequently, the Count "Sub.") Fill only on the first (title) sheet.
If you do not lead this underlined position, it turns out that with the automated changes in the column "sub." Change tables need to be written even where it is not provided to sign when manually making changes, for example, in the main inscriptions in form 6 on all subsequent sheets of a text document, and the number of sheets can reach several hundred!
Just absurd to force someone to sign in this graph on all sheets of replaced document, because When replacing sheets, all performers are symboling in graphs 12 of the main inscription (according to claim 7.3.23).
Paragraph 7.3.23 (new)
"7.3.23 When replacing sheets of documents issued by the main inscriptions in forms 3 - 5, the sheets released instead of replaced are signed in graphs 10 - 13 of the main inscriptions in accordance with the procedure provided for for newly developed sheets."
Subsection 7.4 "Features of making changes to project documentation"
Paragraph 7.4.5.
In this paragraph, as well as in Appendix M, N and P, the rules for applying a table of registration of changes in form 10 on the covers and title sheets are refined.
Added new paragraph:
"The state registration table does not take into account the corrections made to the statement of the composition of project documentation in connection with the changes in other volumes of project documentation."
Paragraph 7.4.7
This is a new position:
"7.4.7 When performing additional volumes of project documentation, corrections contribute to the statement" The composition of project documentation ".
Information about the changes in the "composition of project documentation" in the content of volume do not lead. "
Paragraph 7.4.8.
Added underlined words:
"7.4.8 Changes to the approved project documentation related to a change in the parameters of the construction facility that affect its design reliability and security, and the need to apply project documentation, contribute to the customer's decision on the basis of a new job design or addition to the previously approved design task.
Subsection 7.4 "Features of making changes to working documentation"
Paragraph 7.5.3 (7.1.3.16)
The item is complemented by paragraph:
"When making changes to the handwritten way of the number and the name of the canceled sheets in the statement of the working drawings, they are burned by an automated method - the" name "account for the annulled sheets is not filled."
Paragraph 7.5.4 (new)
"7.5.4 When making changes to the documents of the main kit, issued by individual documents, make appropriate corrections to the statement of documents of the main set of work drawings."
Paragraph 7.5.5 (7.1.3.18)
Fixed bug. The item is given in the formulation of GOST 21.101-97:
"7.5.5 When performing additional and cancellation of previously accompanying documents, corrections contribute to the section" The Acceived Documents "of the Lord of the reference and accompanying documents of the corresponding major set of work drawings."
This statement is not intended to track changes in the documents recorded in it!
Otherwise, it turns out that a new version of the main kit is created, when we did not make any changes at all, and the changes were only in the documents not included in the main kit!
The versions of the attached documents are not related to the versions of the main kit.
The same in clause 7.5.6 (7.1.3.19). The conduction of the main kits does not reflect information on the versions of the main kits recorded in this statement - information is given only on the implementation of additional and cancellation of previously performed main sets of work drawings!
Clause 7.5.7 (7.1.3.22)
The item is complemented by the underlined words:
"7.5.7 In the tables of changes on sheets of general data, corrections made in the general data statements in connection with the introduction of changes in the sheets of the main kit and the accompanying documents are not taken into account as sections of changes in accordance with 7.3.11."
Section 8 "Rules for registration of a discrepanied documentation"
Paragraph 8.5.
The provisions of this paragraph became "recommended". At the same time, the standard is now given (in paragraph 8.6), how to fill the content in the absence of additional pass-through numbering of sheets.
Paragraph 8.6.
This point is recorded:
"The graphical documents of the project and reporting technical documentation on the results of engineering surveys are recorded poliste."
The rules for filling the content are given:
"In content graphs indicate:
- in the column "Designation" - the designation of the document;
- in the column "Name" - the name of the document in full compliance with the name specified in the main inscription or on the title page;
- In the Count "Note" - information about the changes made to the recorded documents, as well as the number of the volume sheet on the pass-through numbering of TOM sheets in accordance with 8.5, from which the document begins.
If the pass-through numbering is not performed, then in the "Note" column, the total number of sheets of each document leads. At the end of the content, give the total number of sheets included in the (album, folder).
It also should also be noted that in the appendix in now it is written that in form 2 "is allowed to include additional graphs (columns) in the statement, for example," count. sheets ", etc."
Paragraph 8.7. With the introduction of the last paragraph of this item, questions and disputes on the need for seals on title sheets should be discontinued. For some reason, it was necessary for the survey documentation and do not need (if more precisely, it was not established) for the design and working.
Section 9 GOST R 21.1101-2009 is not included in the draft new standard. It is proposed to develop a separate national standard or a set of rules. This section was not the requirements for project documentation - it had provisions (rules) to reuse the already developed documentation.
It was impossible to leave it in the existing form, because He does not match anything.
In addition, there is a draft law on the reuse of foreign project documentation, which should also be taken into account in a new document on re-use documentation.
Appendix A.
Added note about the possibility of designation of sections of sections with letters of the Latin alphabet.
Section numbers 101 and 111 are given on the draft change of government decree No. 87.
Recommendations on allowed by writing these strange partition numbers are given:
"Partition numbers 101 and 111 are allowed to bring in form 10 (1), 11 (1) or 10-1, 11-1.
Those. You can any option, but the option with a dot should not be, because According to clause 4.1.3, it turns out that this will be the designation of part 1 of section 10 or 11, and not the number of the independent partition.
Appendix B.
The brands of the working documentation are given (tried to lead) in the sequence corresponding to the sections and subsections of project documentation.
Added note about the possibility of designation of stamps of basic sets of Latin alphabet letters.
The designation of the brands of the main sets of Latin is possible for two options:
1) When letters coincide in Russian and Latin alphabets (for example, AR, VC, NVK, TS, etc.) are used in the brands (for example, AR, VK, NVK, TS, etc.), the transliteration of the Russian notation is not performed. New brands Latin letters are assigned only in cases where the Russian letters are not in the brand, missing in the Latin alphabet (b, g, d, z, s, p, u, etc.);
2) When all the brands denote Latin letters without taking into account the coincidence of letters, and, for example, based on the English translation of the brand name.
All this is allowed to establish at the discretion of the project organization in the standards of organizations.
Appendix G.
In instructions on the filling of the general data statements, the provisions allowing the change in the size of the graph of the forms of these statements, as well as the possibility of bringing additional graph (columns).
In explanation to fill the statement of documents of the main kit (clay 5), the following is given:
"For graphic documents consisting of several sheets, the names of images placed on each sheet are also given in accordance with the names given in the main inscription of the sheet."
This means that on the first sheet of the document of the main kit does not need to lead a statement of the working drawings of the document, as provided for in GOST 21.607-82. Not all documents of the main kit are graphic. For text documents, it suffices to bring the number of sheets of this document in the "Note" column.
Appendix E.
Two new cuts were introduced:
Revoked - Annun.
The level of soil (underground) waters - CE.
There was a proposal to reduce "canceled" to "Ann", but this does not correspond to paragraph 6.5 GOST R 7.0.12-2011 "System of standards according to information, library and publishing. Bibliographic record. Reducing words and phrases in Russian. General requirements and rules. "
Adopted a reduction, similar to the reduction of the word "abstract" - "Annot."
Changed abbreviations:
Coefficient "- coefficient; (6.5. If the complicated part of the word is preceded by a double consonant, with a reduction, one of the consonants should be saved).
Efficiency ratio - efficiency.
Pure floor level - uch.
The following note is given:
"Reducing the words shown in this table and GOST 2.316 is allowed to be used in text documents containing text, broken into graphs."
Appendix J.
It should be paid to the fact that the number of lines in the graphs "coordinated" on the left leaf field is reduced to three, because Comments came that the word "coordinated" is not printed on some types of printers. It should be noted that it was also done in a similar Ukrainian standard of 2009.
In directions to fill in Graph 2 added underlined words:
"- in column 2 - the name of the enterprise and, if necessary, its part (complex) ,.". Next - by text.
Instructions for filling Count 4 are supplemented with three positions that are practically carried out by all, but have not been described in Standard:
"If one image is placed on the sheet, it is allowed to bring it only in column 4.
On the sheet (sheets) of general data on working drawings in the column record "General data".
In the case provided for in 5.2.3, in column 4 lead the name of the document or the inepar product. "
Instructions for filling Count 10 are significantly revised. In the last paragraph changed the order of the "most significant sheets", because From the previous edition, for some reason, it was concluded that the gips sign all the sheets of the graphic part of the project and documentation:
"The bottom line provides the position of person who approved the document, for example, the chief engineer (architect) of the project, the head of the department or another responsible for this document (sheet) of an official.
Signatures of the person responsible for the preparation of project or working documentation (the chief engineer (architect) of the project) are mandatory on sheets of general data on working drawings, the most significant sheets of the graphic part of the project documentation and work drawings. "
In the note to explanations to fill the main inscriptions added "for example, 02/02/12. This should clarify what the "calendar date" is and the format of filling the Count "Date".
It is possible to perform ("if necessary") in the main inscription of the additional graph 27 (above Count 1) to bring the name of the organization - the customer. Now in many cases, Count 2 is used for this.
This graph is in no way mandatory - it is introduced "if necessary", which the project organization itself establishes.
A similar graph is provided in the design of GOST 2.1044-2006 - and also "if necessary."
Appendix I.
Added Figure and.2, which shows the allowable option for the main inscription for A.4 format (see 5.2.1). Please note that the field for the binder still remains along the long side of the sheet.
Appendix K.
Instructions for filling the Count "Name" are significantly supplemented.
Appendix L.
Several modified forms 9 and 9a - the dimensions and location of the graph 2 and 3. They became more convenient for filling.
Appendix N and P
The new edition of the standard shows separate forms for the cover and the title leaf.
The mold of the title leaf and cover are complemented by fields for writing data on the certificate of SRO and, if necessary, the names of the customer's organization.
(Under the "customer" here it is understood not necessarily the "technical customer" (according to the GRK), but also the general proofer) - for the subcontractor.
In the instructions for filling the title sheet and the cover, the listing related to the filling of the "Tom number" field is fixed. Now it is given as follows:
"- Tom number on the statement" The composition of the project documentation "or" The composition of the reporting documentation on the results of engineering surveys "(if any).
Guidelines for filling the cover and the title leaf are supplemented by the following explanation:
"The field sizes are set arbitrarily; The lines of the fields specified in the form are not applied; The numbers and names of the fields do not indicate. "

Coordination axes are applied to the images of the building, facilities with thin barcccotted lines with long strokes, denoted in the circles with a diameter of 6-12 mm Arabic numbers and the capital letters of the Russian alphabet (with the exception of letters: E, s, th, o, x, c, h, u , Ъ, s, b) or, if necessary, letters of the Latin alphabet (with the exception of letters I and O).
Skipping in digital and letter (except indicated) designations of coordination axes are not allowed.
The figures indicate the coordination axes on the side of the building and facilities with a large number of axes. If there is not enough alphabet letters to designate the coordination axes, the subsequent axes are denoted by two letters.
Example - AA, BB, BB.
5.3.3 The sequence of the coordination axes are taken according to plan, as shown in Figure 1 but: Digital axes - from left to right, alphabetic axes - bottom-up or as shown in Figures 1 b. and 1 in.
Picture 1
5.3.4 The designation of the coordination axes is usually applied to the left and lower parties of the plan of the building and facilities.
If the coordination axes of the opposite sides are incomprehensible, the plan in the locations of discrepancies additionally apply the designations of the specified axes over the top and / or right parties.
5.3.5 For individual elements located between the coordination axes of the main supporting structures, additional axes are applied to which the designation is assigned in the form of a fraction, in the numerator of which indicate the designation of the preceding coordination axis, and in the denominator - an additional sequence number within the section between the adjacent coordination axes in according to Figure 1 g..
It is allowed by the coordination axes of the half-timbered columns to assign digital and alphabetic designations to the continuation of the designations of the axes of the main columns without an additional number.
5.3.6 In the image of a repeated element affected by several coordination axes, coordination axes are denoted in accordance with the picture:
2but - with their number of no more than 3;
2b. - with their number of more than 3;
2in - With all alphabetic and digital coordination axes.
Figure 2.
If necessary, the orientation of the coordination axis, to which the element is tied to the adjacent axis is indicated in accordance with Figure 2 g..
5.3.7 On the plans of residential buildings arranged from block sections, the extreme coordination axes of the block sections are assigned notation according to 5.3.1-5.3.3, which indicate in accordance with Figure 3 but.
Figure 3.
The coordination axes of block-sections, including extreme, assign independent notation according to 5.3.1-5.3.3 with the addition of the "C" index (see Figure 3 b.). If necessary, on the plan of the block section indicate the designations of the coordination axes of the building composed from the block sections.
5.3.8 Three-dimensional (3D) electronic model of a building or facilities are performed in a single planning and high-rise coordinate system.
The coordinate system of the three-dimensional model of the building or structures is depicted in three mutually perpendicular lines with the beginning of the coordinates located at the point of intersection of axes 1 and and on the zero mark of this building or structure in accordance with Figure 4.
Figure 4.
At the same time, for a rectangular building (see Figure 1 but) For a positive direction, assume: axis - in the direction of increasing the digital designations of the coordination axes, the axis - up to increase the letter designations of the coordination axes, the z axis - vertically upward from the conditional zero mark of the building.
5.4 Drawing, slopes, marks and inscriptions
5.4.1 Linear dimensions in drawings indicate without the designation of length units:
In meters up to two places after the communion - in the drawings of external networks and communications, master plan and transport, except in cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards;
In millimeters - on all other types of drawings.
5.4.2 Dimensional line at its intersection with remote lines, contour lines or axial lines are limited by serifs 2-4 mm long, applied with a slope to the right at an angle of 45 ° to the dimensional line, while the dimensional lines continue for extreme remote lines (or respectively Contour or axis) by 0-3 mm.
When applying the size of the diameter or radius inside the circle, as well as the angular size of the dimension line is limited by arrows. Arrows are also used when applying the sizes of radii and internal rounds.
When drawing dimensions on axonometric schemes of technological pipelines and engineering systems, dimensional lines are allowed to be limited by arrows.
5.4.3 levels of levels (heights, depths) of structural elements, equipment, pipelines, air ducts, etc. From the reference level (conditional "zero" mark) indicate in meters without designating a unit of length with three decimal signs separated from an integer comma for The exception of the cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards.
Level marks on the facades, cuts and sections are placed on remote lines (or on the loop lines) and denote the sign "", performed by solid thin lines with a length of the strokes 2-4 mm at an angle of 45 ° to a remote line or contour line, according to the pattern five; On plans - in a rectangle in accordance with Figure 6, with the exception of cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards.
Figure 5.
Figure 6.
The "zero" mark received, as a rule, for the surface of a building of a building or structure, located near the planning surface of the Earth, indicate without a mark; The relative marks above zero indicate with the "+" sign, below zero - with the sign "-".
Note - As a zero mark for buildings, as a rule, the level of pure floor of the first floor is taken.
5.4.4 On the plans, the direction of the plane slope indicate the arrow over which, if necessary, affix the numeric value of the slope in percent in accordance with Figure 7 but or in the form of a relationship of the altitude of the plane to the corresponding horizontal projection (for example, 1: 7).
Figure 7.
The numeric value of the slope is allowed in the ppm or in the form of a decimal fraction with an accuracy of the third mark.
At cuts, sections and schemes before the dimensional number that determines the numerical value of the slope, the sign "", the sharp angle of which should be directed towards the slope (except for the rescalation of embankments and recesses). The designation of the slope is applied directly above the line of the contour or on the shelf of the liner lines in accordance with Figure 7 b..
5.4.5 Rooms of positions or stamps of elements are applied on the shelves of lines-carrying, conducted from images of elements of structures of buildings or structures, next to the image - without a lifting line or within the contours of the pictures of the elements in accordance with Figure 8.
Figure 8.
Truck line, as a rule, finish with a point. If the lifting line is assigned to the line indicating the surface, then it is completed with the arrow. With a small-scale image, the lifting line finish without arrow and point.
5.4.6 Remote inscriptions to multilayer structures are performed in accordance with Figure 9.
Note - figures are conditionally indicated by the sequence of layers of structures and inscriptions on the shelves of lines.
Figure 9.
5.4.7 The font size for referring to the coordination axes, positions (grades), names and image designations should be 1.5-2 times larger than the size of the number of dimensional numbers used in the same graphical document.
5.5 Images (cuts, sections, species, remote elements)
5.5.1 Images in the drawings are performed in accordance with GOST 2.305, taking into account the requirements of this standard and other SPDS standards.
5.5.2 Sections of buildings or structures are denoted by Arabic numbers sequentially within the graphical document. Sections are denoted in the same way.
Note - In the drawings of the project and working documentation, the incision is called, as a rule, a vertical section of a building or structure, i.e. A section made by a securing plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane of projections.
Self-numbering is allowed for cuts and sections of individual sections of the building, structures or installations, all the drawings of which are located on one sheet or sheets of sheets and if there are no references to cuts and sections on these drawings located on other sheets of graphics document.
It is allowed to designate cuts by the capital letters of the Russian alphabet, and the sections - the capital or lower case letters of the Russian alphabet (with the exception of the letters specified in 5.3.2).
The position of the secular plane indicates the drawing of the cross section line (open line 2.303 linte). With a complex section, the strokes are also carried out in the intersection of the sequential planes among themselves. On the initial and finite strokes should be put the arrows indicating the direction of the view; Arrows should be applied at a distance of 2-3 mm from the end of the stroke (Figure 10).
Figure 10.
The direction of the view for a cut according to the plan of the building and facilities takes, as a rule, from the bottom up and right to left.
5.5.3 If separate parts of the form (facade), the plan, the cut require a more detailed image, then further perform local species and remote elements - nodes and fragments.
5.5.4 In the image (plan, facade or section), from where the node is made, the corresponding place is noted by a closed solid thin line (circumference, an oval or a rectangle with rounded corners) with applying the line-taking line shelf the designations of the Arabic node in accordance with Figures 11 but, 11b. or the capital letter of the Russian alphabet in accordance with Figure 11 in.
Figure 11.
If you need to link to the node placed in another graphic document (for example, the main set of work drawings), or on the working drawings of the typical construction site indicate the designation and number of the list of the corresponding document in accordance with Figure 11 b. Or a series of working drawings of typical nodes and a release number in accordance with Figure 11 in.
Figure 12.
Above the image of the node indicate the mug of its designation in accordance with Figure 13 butif the node is depicted on the same sheet where it is made, or 13 b.if he is put on another sheet.
Figure 13.
An assembly that is a complete mirror reflection of another (main) execution is assigned the same designation as the main execution, with the addition of the "N" index.
5.5.5 Local species indicate the capital letters of the Russian alphabet, which are applied next to the arrow indicating the direction of the view. The same designations are applied to images of species.
5.5.6 For each type of images (cuts and sections, nodes, fragments), an independent numbering order is used or alphabetic designations.
5.5.7 In the image (plan, facade or section), from where a fragment is taken out, the corresponding place is noted, as a rule, a figure bracket in accordance with Figure 14.
Figure 14.
The name and sequence number of the fragment are applied under the curly bracket or on the shelf of the lifting line, as well as above the corresponding fragment.
5.5.8 Images to the axis of symmetry of symmetric plans and facades of buildings and structures, arrangement of structural elements, plans for the location of technological, energy, sanitary and other equipment are not allowed.
5.5.9 If the image of the cut, section, node, type or fragment is placed on another sheet, then after designation, the number of this sheet is indicated in brackets in accordance with Figures 10, 11 but, 12 and 14.
5.5.10 Images allowed to rotate. At the same time, in the names of images in the drawings, the conditional graphical designation "rotated" according to GOST 2.305, if the position of the image is defined uniquely, i.e. Oriented by coordination axes and / or high-altitude marks.
5.5.11 If an image (for example, a plan) does not fit on a sheet of adopted format, it is divided into several sections by placing them on separate sheets.
In this case, on each sheet, where the image section is shown, lead a scheme of a whole image with the necessary coordination axes and the symbol (shading) of the image section shown on this sheet in accordance with Figure 15.
Note - If the drawings of the image sections are placed in different basic sets of work drawings, then over the sheet number indicates a complete designation of the corresponding main kit.
Figure 15.
5.5.12 If the plans of the floors of a multi-storey building have small differences from each other, then fully implement the plan of one of the floors, for other floors, only those parts of the plan are performed to show the difference from the plan shown in full.
Under the name of the partially depicted plan, write: "The rest, see the Plan (name of the fully depicted plan)".
5.5.13 In the names of the plans of the building or structure, the word "plan" and the netting of the clean floor or the floor number, or the designation of the appropriate secular plane (when performing two or more plans at different levels within the flood).
Examples
1 Plan for OTM. 0,000
2 Plan 2 floors
When performing a part of the plan in the title indicate axes that limit this part of the plan.
Example - Plan for Options. 0,000 between axes 21-30 and a-d
It is allowed in the name of the floor plan to indicate the purpose of the premises located on the floor.
5.5.14 In the names of the building cuts (structures), the word "incision" and the designation of the corresponding section of the plane is 5.5.2.
Example - section 1-1
Note - In the names of products, the word "incision" does not indicate.
The names of the sections are digital or alphabetic designations of the sequential planes.
Example - 5-5, BB, Aaa
5.5.15 In the names of the facades of the building or structures, the word "facade" and the designations of the extreme axes, between which the facade is located.
Example - Facade 1-12, Facade 1-1, Facade A-G
It is allowed in the name of the facade to indicate its location, for example, "the main", "yard", etc.
5.5.16 The names of images are not emphasized in the drawings.
6 Rules for performing specifications in the drawings
6.1 To the layout of the elements of the collection structure, monolithic reinforced concrete design, to the drawings of the production equipment and / or pipelines, installations (blocks) of technological, sanitary and other equipment, and other drawings are specification in form 7 (Appendix K).
When performing drawings, the group method constitutes group specifications in form 8 (Appendix K).

The resolution is registered in accordance with GOST R 21.1003.
7.2.2 Permission approves the head of the organization - a document developer or another official authorized.
The resolution is the basis for receiving the original documents and the changes in them.
7.2.3 The scripts of permits on paper are stored in the archive of the organization.
7.2.4 Changes to each document (for example, the main set of work drawings, the specification of equipment, products and materials) are made on the basis of a separate resolution.
It is allowed to make one general permission to change, introduced simultaneously in several documents if the changes are interconnected or the same for all changeable documents.
Changes to the documents of the main set of work drawings decorated with separate documents (see 4.2.5), as well as documents of the Tom of Project Documentation are made on the basis of one general permission.
7.2.5 When making changes to DE, permission is allowed not to do, if the CAD and the EDD accounts and storing the versions of the document and the access control is ensured, excluding the possibility of unauthorized changes.
7.3 Amendments
7.3.1 Changes denote by sequence numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.). One sequence number of the Change is assigned to all changes that contribute to the document in one permission. It is indicated for the whole document, regardless of how many sheets it is completed.
7.3.2 When making changes to the DE script, any change is indexed as a new version of this document.
7.3.3 Changes in paper scripts of documents contribute:
Crossing;
Clearing (washing);
Painting with white;
Introduction of new data;
Replacement of sheets or all the document;
Introducing new additional sheets and / or documents;
Except for individual sheets of the document.
At the same time take into account the physical state of the original.
7.3.4 Changes to documents are made by automated and handwritten methods.
7.3.5 The handwritten method of change is made in paper scripts of documents in accordance with 7.3.9-7.3.16.
After making, the original should be suitable for making copies of the documentation of the appropriate quality methods of reprogram.
7.3.6 Making changes to DE produced by issuing a new version of a document with changes.
7.3.7 When making changes to an automated method, a new script is manufactured taking into account the changes made and retain its former designation.
The new script is also manufactured if there is not enough place for handwriting changes or a violation of the image clarity is possible when corrected.
If one or several sheets of the script is replaced or add or add, then they retain the inventory number assigned to the script.
When replacing all the script sheets, he is assigned a new inventory number.
7.3.8 Changes to the estimated documentation are carried out by an automated way to replace the entire document.
7.3.9 Changeable sizes, words, signs, inscriptions, etc. Excrying with solid thin lines and there are new data.
7.3.10 When the image is changed (part of the image), it is reduced by a solid thin line forming a closed circuit, and crucifically crossed with solid thin lines in accordance with Figure 16.
Figure 16.
A new image of the changed area is performed on a free field of a sheet or on another sheet without turns.
7.3.11 A variable and additional sections of the image are assigned a designation consisting of a sequence number of the next document change and through the point of the sequence number of the variable (optional) portion of the image within this sheet. In this case, the new image of the changed area is assigned the designation of the changed image.
If a new image of the changed area is placed on another sheet, the changes assigned to it is preserved and in the table of changes of this sheet do not take into account.
7.3.12 Near each change, including near the space fixed by the cleaner (wash) or inks with white, outside the image or text is applied in the parallelogram the designation of the change (see Figure 16) and from this parallelogram conduct a solid thin line to the changed area .
It is allowed from the parallelogram with the designation of the change of the line to the changed area not to be carried out.
When making changes to text documents (in the text part of the documents), the line from the parallelogram is not carried out with the designation.
7.3.13 Closely located from each other modified sizes, words, signs, inscriptions, etc. They will be reduced with a solid thin line, forming a closed loop, without more crossing in accordance with Figure 17.
Figure 17.
7.3.14 If a new image of the modified area is placed on another sheet, then the replaced image also indicates the number of the leaf on which the new image is located (see Figure 16).
7.3.15 Over the new image of the modified area is placed in the parallelogram the designation of the change in the replaced image, and at a parallelogram indicate: "In return crushed."
If a new image of the modified area is placed on another sheet, then at a parallelogram indicate: "In addition to the listed on the sheet (the sheet number on which the image is replaced)" in accordance with Figure 18.
Figure 18.
7.3.16 If a new image of the changed area is placed near the replaced, they are connected by liners with the notation with the designation of the change in accordance with Figure 19.

Over the optional image is placed in the parallelogram the designation of the change, and at the parallelogram indicate: "Supplement" in accordance with Figure 20.
Figure 20.
7.3.17 When adding a new sheet of a text document, it is allowed to assign the number of the previous sheet with the addition of the next lower case letter of the Russian alphabet or through the Arabic digit point, for example 3a or 3.1.
In text documents containing mainly solid text, it is allowed when adding a new item to assign the number of the previous paragraph with the addition of the next lower case letter of the Russian alphabet, and with the exclusion of the item - to save the numbers of subsequent points.
7.3.18 When the total number of sheets of the document on its first sheet, the corresponding corrections in the Count "Sheets" contribute to the main inscription.
7.3.19 Data on changes made to the original indicate the change table placed in the main inscription (if available), and with a lack of space - in the additional table to it (see 5.2.6).
In the new (modified) version of the DE in the Change table indicate the data only on the last change.
7.3.20 When making changes to the documents, the change table is filled with sheets (sheet):
The first (title) of the new script, made in general instead of the old one;
Modified;
Released instead replaced;
Added again.
7.3.21 The change table indicates:
a) in the column "Izm." - Order number of document change. When replacing the original, the new regular serial number is affixed, based on the last number of the change specified in the replaced script;
b) in the column "count. uch." - the number of variable sections of the image on this sheet within the next change;
c) in the column "Sheet":
1) on sheets released instead of replaced - "deputy";
2) on sheets added again, - "New";
3) when replacing all sheets of the original when manually making changes in the first (title) sheet - "All" (while the table of changes on other sheets of this script does not fill), an automated way - "deputy." On all sheets.
In other cases, the column "Sheet" is puffed;
d) in the column "n dock" - permit designation;
e) in the column "sub." - signature of the person responsible for the correctness of the change. When replacing all the sheets of the original automated method, the signature is affixed only on the first (title) sheet. The signature of the normocontroller is affixed on the field to cover the sheet (except for sheets released instead of replaced and new);
e) in the "Date" column - the date of change.
7.3.22 The registration of changes in text documents is recommended to be carried out in the registration table of changes in form 10 (Appendix M), which is placed on a separate last sheet of document when making the first and subsequent changes.
7.3.23 When replacing sheets of documents issued by the main inscriptions in forms 3-5, the sheets released instead of replaced, sign in graphs 10-13 of the main inscriptions in accordance with the procedure provided for for newly developed sheets.
7.3.24 When canceling or replacing the document sheets on all annulled and replaced sheets of the original stamp, "canceled (replaced)" in the form given in GOST R 21.1003 (Appendix D), which is filled in accordance with the instructions given in the same place.

When placing the main set of work drawings with separate documents, documents containing solid text and / or in the form of tables (for example, general data, cable journal, etc.) are issued as text documents. In this case, the first sheet of the document is drawn up by the main inscription in form 3, subsequent - in form 6.
5.2.4 In the reporting technical documentation on the results of engineering surveys, the main inscription is used:
On sheets of graphic documents used in the design as a basis - in form 3;
In the first sheets of other graphic and text documents - in form 5, on subsequent sheets - in form 6.
5.2.5 The main inscription, additional graphs for it and the framework are performed by solid thick basic and solid thin lines according to GOST 2.303.
5.2.6 Table of changes in the main inscription (column 14 - 19), if necessary, allowed to continue up or left from the main inscription. When the table of changes to the left of the main inscription name of the name Count 14 - 19 is repeated.
5.2.7 Location of the main inscription and additional graph to it, as well as the size of the frames on the sheets are shown in Figures and.1 and and.2 (Appendix and).
5.2.8 Location and dimensions of additional graph for identification of DE Project organization establishes independently.
5.2.9 It is allowed to additionally identify project documents using bar code.
At the same time, the document designation, version number and the designation of the document should be used as a barcode details. Additionally, the country code, the code of the developer and other details can be used.
5.3 Coordination axes
5.3.1 On the images of the building or structure, the coordination axes of its supporting structures are indicated, intended to determine the mutual arrangement of elements of the building or building and binding a building or structure to a construction geodetic grid or a center base.
5.3.2 Each individual building or construction is assigned an independent system for the coordination axes.
Coordination axes are applied to the images of the building, facilities with thin barccotted lines with long strokes, denoted in the circles with a diameter of 6 - 12 mm Arabic numbers and the capital letters of the Russian alphabet (with the exception of letters: E, 3, th, o, x, c, h, u , Ъ, s, b) or, if necessary, letters of the Latin alphabet (with the exception of letters I and O).
5.3.3 The sequence of the coordination axes are taken according to the plan, as shown in Figure 1a: Digital axes - from left to right, alphabetic axes - from the bottom up or as shown in Figures 1 b. and 1 in.
2a - with their number of no more than 3;
2b. - with their number of more than 3;
2in - With all alphabetic and digital coordination axes.
If necessary, the orientation of the coordination axis, to which the element is tied to the adjacent axis is indicated in accordance with Figure 2 g.
Picture 1
Figure 2.
5.3.7 On the plans of residential buildings arranged from block sections, the extreme coordination axes of the block sections are assigned notation according to 5.3.1 - 5.3.3, which indicate in accordance with Figure 3a.
The coordination axes of block-sections, including extreme, assign independent notation according to 5.3.1 - 5.3.3 with the addition of the index "C" (see Figure 3 b.). If necessary, on the plan of the block section indicate the designations of the coordination axes of the building composed from the block sections.
Figure 3.
Figure 4.
At the same time, for a rectangular building (see Figure 1a) for a positive direction: axis X.- in the direction of increasing the digital designations of the coordination axes, the axis Y.- in the direction of increasing the letter designations of the coordination axes, the axis Z. - vertically up from the conditional zero level of the building.
5.4 Drawing, slopes, marks and inscriptions
5.4.1 Linear dimensions in drawings indicate without the designation of length units:
In meters up to two places after the communion - in the drawings of external networks and communications, master plan and transport, except in cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards;
In millimeters - on all other types of drawings.
5.4.2 Dimensional line at its intersection with remote lines, contour lines or axial lines are limited by serifs of 2-4 mm long, applied with a slope to the right at an angle of 45 ° to the dimensional line, while the dimensional lines continue for extreme remote lines (or respectively Contour or axis) by 0 - 3 mm.
From the reference level (conditional "zero" mark) indicate in meters without the designation unit with three decimal signs separated from an integer comma, for The exception of the cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards.
Levels of levels on the facades, cuts and sections are placed on remote lines (or on the loop lines) and denote the "¯" sign, performed by solid thin lines with a length of the strokes 2 - 4 mm at an angle of 45 ° to a remote line or contour line, according to Figure 5; On plans - in a rectangle in accordance with Figure 6, with the exception of cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards.
Figure 5. | Figure 6. |
"Zero" mark taken, as a rule, for the surface of a building of a building or structure, located near the planning surface of the Earth, indicate without a sign; The relative marks above zero indicate the "+" sign, below zero - with the sign "-".
Note - As a zero mark for buildings, as a rule, the level of pure floor of the first floor is taken.
5.4.4 On the plans, the direction of the decontamination of the planes indicates the arrow over which, if necessary, affix the numeric value of the slope in percent in accordance with Figure 7A or in the form of a relationship of the altitude of the plane to the corresponding horizontal projection (for example, 1: 7).
The numeric value of the slope is allowed in the ppm or in the form of a decimal fraction with an accuracy of the third mark.
At cuts, sections and schemes before the dimensional number determining the numerical value of the slope, the sign "ð" is applied, the sharp angle of which should be directed towards the slope (except for the steepness of the slopes and recesses). The designation of the slope is applied directly above the line of the circuit or on the shelf of the lines of the tuning in accordance with Figure 7 .
Figure 7.
Figure 9.
5.4.7 The font size for referring to the coordination axes, positions (grades), names and image designations must be 1.5 - 2 times the size of the number of dimensional numbers used in the same graphical document.
NOTE - In the drawings of the design and working documentation, the incision is called, as a rule, a vertical section of a building or structure, that is, a cut, made by a secular plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane of projections.
On the initial and finite strokes should be put the arrows indicating the direction of the view; Arrows should be applied at a distance of 2 - 3 mm from the end of the stroke (Figure 10).
The direction of the view for a cut according to the plan of the building and facilities takes, as a rule, from the bottom up and right to left.
5.5.3 If separate parts of the form (facade), the plan, the cut require a more detailed image, then further perform local species and remote elements - nodes and fragments.
5.5.4 In the image (plan, facade or section), from where the node is removing, the corresponding place is noted by a closed solid thin line (circumference, an oval or a rectangle with rounded corners) with application on the shelf of the lines of the notation of the Arabic node of the Arabic node in accordance with Figures 11a , eleven b. or the capital letter of the Russian alphabet in accordance with Figure 11 in.
Figure 10. | Figure 11. |
Above the image of the node indicate the mug of its designation in accordance with Figure 13a, if the node is depicted on the same sheet from where it is transferred, or 13b if it is made on another sheet.
The node that is a complete mirror reflection of another (main) execution is assigned the same designation as the main execution, with the addition of the "H" index.
Figure 12. | Figure 13. |
The name and sequence number of the fragment are applied under the curly bracket or on the shelf of the lifting line, as well as above the corresponding fragment.
Figure 14.
5.5.8 Images to the axis of symmetry of symmetric plans and facades of buildings and structures, arrangement of structural elements, plans for the location of technological, energy, sanitary and other equipment are not allowed.
5.5.9 If the image of the cut, cross section, node, type or fragment is placed on another sheet, then after designation, the number of this sheet is indicated in brackets in accordance with Figures 10, 11a, 12 and 14.
5.5.10 Images allowed to rotate. At the same time, in the names of images in the drawings, the conditional graphic designation "turned" does not lead
According to GOST 2.305, if the position of the image is defined uniquely, i.e. oriented by the coordination axes and / or high-altitude stamps.5.5.11 If an image (for example, a plan) does not fit on a sheet of adopted format, it is divided into several sections by placing them on separate sheets.
Under the name of the partially depicted plan, record: "The rest, see the Plan (name of the fully depicted plan)."
5.5.13 In the name of the plans of a building or structure, the word "plan" and the netting of the clean floor or the floor number, or the designation of the appropriate secular plane (when performing two or more plans at different levels within the flood).
Examples
1 Plan for OTM. 0,000
2 Plan 2 floors
3 plan 3-3.
When performing a part of the plan in the title indicate axes that limit this part of the plan.
Example- Plan for OTM. 0,000 between axes 21-30 and aa-d
It is allowed in the name of the floor plan to indicate the purpose of the premises located on the floor.
5.5.14 In the names of the building cuts (structures), the word "section" and the designation of the corresponding section of the plane are 5.5.2.
Example- Cut 1-1
Note - In the names of products, the word "incision" does not indicate.
The names of the sections are digital or alphabetic designations of the sequential planes.
Example- 5 -5 B-B,a-A.
5.5.15 In the names of the facades, the building or structures indicate the word "facade" and the designations of the extreme axes, between which the facade is located.
Example- Facade 1.-12, facade 1-1, facade a -G.
It is allowed in the name of the facade to indicate its location, for example, "the main", "yard", etc.
5.5.16 The names of images are not emphasized in the drawings.

Except for individual sheets of the document.
At the same time take into account the physical state of the original.
7.3.4 Changes to documents are made by automated and handwritten methods.
7.3.5 The handwritten method of change is made in paper scripts of documents in accordance with 7.3.9 - 7.3.16.
It is burned with solid thin lines and the new data is affixed.
7.3.10 When the image is changed (part of the image), it is reduced by a solid thin line forming a closed circuit, and crucifically crossed with solid thin lines in accordance with Figure 16.
A new image of the changed area is performed on a free field of a sheet or on another sheet without turns.
Figure 16.
7.3.13 Changed the modified dimensions, words, signs, inscriptions, etc. are close to each other, and so on. Retires a solid thin line forming a closed circuit, without more than a crosslinking in accordance with Figure 17.
Figure 17.

5. General rules for execution of documentation
5.1 When performing project, working and other technical documentation, intended for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures, the requirements of the relevant SPDS standards should be guided by the requirements of the unified system of design documentation (ECCD).
The list of ECC standards subject to accountable when performing graphic and text documentation for construction, is given in Appendix V.
The documentation intended for microfilming must comply with the requirements of the Reprography Standards System.
5.2 Drawings are performed at an optimal scale, taking into account their complexity and saturation of information.
The scale in the drawings do not indicate, with the exception of product drawings and other cases provided for in the relevant SPDS standards.
5.3 The list of cuts of words allowed in the main inscriptions, specifications, tables, drawings and specifications compiled in addition to GOST 2.316 and is given in Appendix G.
Coordination axes
5.4 In the image of each building or structure, the coordination axes indicate and assign them an independent system of designations.
Coordination axes are applied to the images of the building, facilities with thin barccotted lines with long strokes, denote by the Arabic numbers and the capital letters of the Russian alphabet (with the exception of letters: E, 3, th, o, x, c, h, s, ъ, s, b) In the circles with a diameter of 6-12 mm.
Skipping in digital and letter (except indicated) designations of coordination axes are not allowed.
5.5 figures indicate the coordination axes on the side of the building and facilities with a large number of axes. If there is not enough alphabet letters to designate the coordination axes, the subsequent axes are denoted by two letters.
Example - Aa; BB; Explosive
5.6 The sequence of digital and letter designations of the coordination axes take according to the plan from left to right and bottom up (Figure 1 but) or as shown in Figures 1 b., in.
5.7 The designation of the coordination axes is usually applied on the left and lower parties of the plan of the building and construction.
If the coordination axes of the opposite sides are discharged, the indication of the specified axes in the locations of discrepancies are additionally applied on top and / or right parties.
5.8 For individual elements located between the coordination axes of the main supporting structures, additional axes are applied and referred to them in the form of a fraction:
above the line indicate the designation of the preceding coordination axis;
under the line - an additional sequence number within the section between adjacent coordination axes in accordance with Figure 1 g.
Picture 1
It is allowed by the coordination axes of the half-timbered columns to assign digital and alphabetic designations to the continuation of the designations of the axes of the main columns without an additional number.
5.9 In the image of a repeating element attached to several coordination axes, coordination axes are denoted in accordance with Figure 2:
« but"- with the number of coordination axes of no more than 3;
« b.»-» »» »Over 3;
« in"- with all alphabetic and digital coordination axes.
If necessary, the orientation of the coordination axis, to which the element is attached relative to the neighboring axis, indicate in accordance with Figure 2 g..
Figure 2.
5.10 In order to designate the coordination axes of the residential building blocks, the index "C" is used.
Example - 1C, 2C, AC, BS.
On the plans of residential buildings arranged from block sections, the extreme coordination axes of block sections indicate without an index in accordance with Figure 3.
Figure 3.
Drawing, slopes, marks, inscriptions
5.11Realted line on its intersection with remote lines, loop lines or axial lines are limited by serifs in the form of thick main lines of 2-4 mm long, carried out with a slope to the right at an angle of 45 ° to the dimensional line, while the dimensional lines must appear for extreme remote lines. 1-3 mm.
When applying the size of the diameter or radius inside the circle, as well as the angular size of the dimension line is limited by arrows. Arrows are also used when applying the sizes of radii and internal rounds.
5.12 Level marks (heights, depths) of structural elements, equipment, pipelines, air ducts, etc. From the reference level (conditional "zero" mark) designate a conditional sign in accordance with Figure 4 and indicate meters with three decimal signs separated from an integer number. comma.
Figure 4.
The "zero" mark received, as a rule, for the surface of a building of a building or structure, located near the planning surface of the Earth, indicate without a mark; marks above zero - with a "+" sign; Below zero - with a sign "-".
On the types (facades), cuts and sections of the marks indicate remote lines or contour lines in accordance with Figure 5, on the plans - in a rectangle in accordance with Figure 6, except in cases specified in the relevant SPDS standards.
5.13 On the plans, the direction of the linker of the planes indicate the arrow over which, if necessary, is affixed by the magnitude of the slope in percent in accordance with Figure 7 or as a ratio of height and length (for example, 1: 7).
It is allowed, if necessary, the magnitude of the slope is indicated in the PROMILL, in the form of a decimal fraction with an accuracy of the third mark. In the drawings and schemes before the dimensional number that determines the magnitude of the slope, the sign "Ð" is applied, the sharp angle of which should be directed towards the slope.
The designation of the slope is applied directly above the line of the contour or on the shelf of the lifting line.
Figure 5. |
Figure 6. |
Figure 7. |
5.14 Remote inscriptions to multi-layer structures should be performed in accordance with Figure 8.
5.15 Rooms of positions (stamps of elements) are applied on shelves of lines-carrying, conducted from images of component parts of the subject, next to the image without a lifting line or within the contours of the samples of the object in accordance with Figure 9.
With a small-scale image, the lifting line finish without arrow and point.
5.16 The font size for referring to the coordination axes and positions (grades) must be on one or two rooms more than the font size adopted for the dimensional numbers on the same drawing.
Images (cuts, sections, species, fragments)
5.17 Cuts of buildings or structures are denoted by Arabic numbers sequentially within the main set of work drawings.
Independent numbering is allowed only for cuts of individual sections of the building, structures or installations, all the drawings of which are located on one sheet or sheet of sheets and if there are no references to cuts on these drawings located on other sheets of the main set of work drawings.
Sections are allowed to designate the capital letters of the Russian alphabet.
The direction of the view for a cut according to the plan of the building and the facilities is taken, as a rule from the bottom up and right to the left.
5.18 If separate parts of the form (facade), the plan, the cut require a more detailed image, then the remote elements are additionally performed - nodes and fragments.
5.19 When the node is image, the corresponding place is noted on the form (facade), plan, or a context with a closed solid thin line (usually a circle or oval) with a designation on the shelf of the lines of the sequence number of the Arabic node number in accordance with Figure 10.
If the node is placed on another sheet, then the number of the sheet is indicated under the shelf of the lifting line (Figure 10 but) or on the shelf of the lifting line next, in brackets, in accordance with Figure 10 b..
If necessary, reference to the node placed in another main set of work drawings, or on a typical node, indicate the designation and number of the sheet of the corresponding main set of work drawings in accordance with Figure 10 in Or a series of working drawings of typical nodes and a release number in accordance with Figure 10 g..

On the image of the node indicate in the circle its serial number in accordance with Figure 12 but or 12. b..
Figure 11. |
Figure 12. |
An assembly, which is a complete mirror reflection of another (main) execution, is assigned the same sequence number as the main execution, with the addition of the "N" index.
5.20 Fragments of plans, cuts, facades, as a rule, are noted by a curly brace in accordance with Figure 13.
Figure 13.
Under the figure bracket, as well as the corresponding fragment, the name and sequence number of the fragment are applied. If the fragment is placed on another sheet, then give a link to this sheet.
5.21 images to the axis of symmetry of symmetric plans and facades of buildings and structures, arrangement of structural elements, plans for the location of technological, energy, sanitary and other equipment are not allowed.
5.22 If the image (for example, the plan) does not fit on the sheet of adopted format, then it is divided into several sections, placing them on separate sheets.
In this case, on each sheet, where the image section is shown, the scheme of a whole image with the necessary coordination axes and the symptoms (shading) of the image section shown on this sheet according to Figure 14 are shown on this sheet.
Note - If the drawings of the images of the image are placed in different basic sets of work drawings, then above the sheet number indicates the designation of the corresponding main kit (according to 4.2.2)
Figure 14.
5.23 If the plans of the floors of a multi-storey building have small differences from each other, then the plan is fully implemented by one of the floors, for other floors, only those parts of the plan are performed to show the difference from the plan shown in full.
Under the name of the partially depicted plan, record:
"The rest, see the Plan (name of the fully depicted plan)."
5.24 In the names of the flood plans of the building and structures indicate the netting of the net or floor number, or the designation of the corresponding secular plane.
Examples

With a lack of space in the statement of work drawings for recording additional sheets, the continuation of the statement is transferred to the first of the additional sheets. At the same time, at the end of the statement of work drawings placed in "General Data", record:
"For a continuation of the statement, see the sheet (sheet number)", and above the statement on the additional sheet, the title is placed: "The statement of the work drawings of the main kit (continued)."
The rooms and the names of the annulled sheets in the statement of the work drawings are burned.
When changing the names of sheets, appropriate changes in the Count "Name" are made.
7.5.15 With the change in the total number of sheets of the document on its first sheet in the main inscription, appropriate changes in the "Sheets" column are made.
7.5.16 When performing additional and cancellation of previously executed accompanying documents, corrections make corrections to the statement of reference and accompanying documents of the corresponding major set of work drawings.
7.5.17 When performing additional and cancellation of previously completed main sets of work drawings, corrections contribute to the statement of the main sets of work drawings.
7.5.18 Changes made to the script indicate a change table placed in the main inscription.
A table of change is allowed to put out the main inscription (above it or to the left of it) in the same form.
7.5.19 In the Change Table indicate:
a) in the column "Izm." - the sequence number of document change;
b) in the column "count. uch." - the number of variable sections of the image on this sheet within the next change;
c) in the column "Sheet" - on sheets released instead of replaced, "deputy.", on sheets added again, - "New".
When replacing all the sheets of the original (with the next number of document change) on the first sheet in the "Sheet" column indicate "All". At the same time, the table of changes on other sheets of this script is not filled.
In other cases, the column "Sheet" is puffed;
d) in the column "no doc." - permit designation;
e) in the column "sub." - the signature of the person responsible for the correctness of the changes (the signature of the person responsible for the normocontrol is put on the field to cover sheet);
e) in the "Date" column - the date of change.
7.5.20 The change table does not take into account the corrections made in the master data sheet in connection with the introduction of changes in the sheets of the main kit and the accompanying documents.
7.5.21 When you make changes to text documents, it is recommended to perform a table of registration of changes in form 10 of the position K. The registration table is placed on the title page of the text document.
7.5.22 Significant changes in text documents make one of the following ways:
a) replacing all or individual sheets of the document;
b) the release of new additional sheets.
When text documents are changed, it is allowed when adding a new sheet to assign the number of the previous sheet with the addition of another Arabic digit, separating it from the previous point.
Example - 3.1
In this case, on the first sheet, the total number of sheets change.
In text documents containing mainly solid text, it is allowed when adding a new item to assign it the number of the previous point with the addition of the next lower case letter of the Russian alphabet, and when the item is canceled - to save subsequent points numbers.
7.5.23 When canceling or replacing the document, all annulled and replaced sheets of the original are crosswise crossed with solid thin lines and stamped the stamp in form 11 of the application L.
8 Rules for binding working documentation
8.1. Working documentation - typical projects, typical design solutions (intended for binding) and working documentation of re-use are subject to reference to a specific construction site. On each sheet of the link documentation put a binding stamp in accordance with the application M:
a) on the first sheet - in form 12;
b) on subsequent sheets - in form 13.
8.2 covers and title sheets of the main sets of work drawings of typical projects (typical design solutions), published in the form of albums and issues, do not bind and cannot be sent to the customer.
8.3 The binding stamp is applied on a free field sheet, preferably above the main inscription or to the left of it.
8.4 It is allowed not to apply a binding stamp on immutable working drawings of structures, products and nodes if they are reused by the organization that has implemented the development and approval of these drawings. Specified work drawings are recorded in the section of the attached documents without changing the designation.
8.5 Changes in binding are made in accordance with PP. 7.5.1 - 7.5.4, 7.5.14-7.5.17 and subject to the following additional requirements:
a) if the variable sections of the image are two or more, then they are assigned sequence numbers that are affixed by Roman numbers on the shelf of the lifting line in accordance with Figure 21;
b) above the modified site indicate the Roman number of the sequence number of the variable portion of the image and the inscription "instead of crossed" in accordance with Figure 22.
If a new image (part of the image) is placed on another sheet, then the replaced image also indicates the number of the leaf on which the new image is located.
Figure 21. |
Figure 22. |
8.6 Basic inscriptions on sheets of the binding documentation published in the form of albums and issues are left unchanged.
8.8 Announced sheets exclude from the bound documentation without changing the total numbering of sheets.
9 Rules for issuing discharged documentation
9.1 Each discharged document is drawn up with a cover in form 14 given in Appendix N. The cover does not number and do not include in the total number of pages.
9.2 The first sheet of textual (graphic) document or several shutdown documents is the title page. The title page is performed in form 15 of the application P. Example of filling the title leaf is given there.
9.3 All sheets of a discrepanied document, starting with the title, must have through page numbering. At the same time, the title page does not name.
Page number on sheets of text and graphics documents is indicated in the upper right corner of the sheet of the sheet.
In addition, in the main inscription of text and graphics documents included in the album or release and having an independent designation, indicate the sequid numbering of sheets within the document with one designation.
9.4 When recruiting several documents in the form of volume, album or release after the title leaf, lead "content", which is performed in form 2 of the application B.
The first sheet of "content" is drawn up the main inscription in form 5 of Annex D, subsequent - in form 6 of the application D. "Content" assign the designation consisting of the designation of the document and the cipher "C".
Example - 2345-GT.S, 2345-11-kzh.Is, 2345-11-TX.NS
9.5 Title sheets of project documents are written in signatures:
supervisor or chief engineer organization;
chief engineer (architect) project.
Title sheets of working documents are issued by the signature of the responsible person - the chief engineer (architect) of the project.
The title list of reporting survey documentation is issued with the additional requirements of the relevant construction standards and rules.
9.6 The composition of the project, according to 4.1.2, lead in the statement performed in form 16 of the application R.
The statement leads a consistent list of project documentation volumes.
The first sheet of statement is drawn up by the main inscription in form 5 of the application D, subsequent - in form 6 of the application D.
