How to set up an acquiring terminal in 1c retail. Acquiring terminal. Retail refunds
Acquiring terminal
Acquiring terminal(ET) - an electronic device that allows you to read information from a magnetic strip or chip of a card, connected via communication channels to the processing center and designed for automated execution of non-cash monetary transactions... Depending on the hardware capabilities of the acquiring terminal, a slip-check confirming payment is printed on the terminal itself or using Fiscal registrar(FR) (printer for printing UTII receipts). In the latter case, it is necessary to support the interaction of two devices in the following order:
|
Upon successful completion of the transaction, the processing center returns the transaction parameters: payment card number, authorization code, transaction code, payment amount and text for printing the slip-check. The receipt is printed on the cash register using the free text print operation with the parameters received from the processing center. If payment confirmation has not been received, you should interrupt the execution of the algorithm and process the error message:
- connection of ET when it is necessary to carry out non-cash payment;
- connection of KKT;
- making payment on ET and the subsequent receipt of a refusal to carry out the operation;
- processing an error message when making a payment;
- disconnecting the ET device;
- printing a slip-check with the result of the operation;
- disabling the CCP.
In case of successful completion of the operation on the acquiring terminal and an error in printing the slip-check on the cash register, the operation on the acquiring terminal must be aborted. To do this, the parameters of the acquiring operation obtained at the output of the previous operation are transmitted to the device and the command is executed Undoing the last operation.
The transaction is usually performed when the cash register shift is closed. When calling the operation, no parameters are passed. As a result of the operation, a report on the operations carried out for the shift is printed. If it is impossible to print a report, the procedure code should also provide for an emergency cancellation of the operation.
Cancellation of payment by card is similar to an emergency cancellation of an operation and can be carried out only during an open shift, before reconciliation of the results. When calling the method, the reference number of the operation (the RRN code of the transaction) and the check number (the authorization code of the transaction) received during the canceled operation are transmitted Payment by card, and the amount returned to the card Money.
If the results are reconciled, then only Refund of payment by card... In order to make a refund, you must transfer the amount, card number, transaction reference number and check number.
During the operation Cancellation funds transferred as payment are almost instantly credited back to the card, and the operation Return involves the reimbursement of the amount after confirmation of the legality of the operation by the bank.

POS terminal is a device that reads bank cards and transmits payment data to the bank via the Internet. Choose a bank to open a current account.
The bank transfers money from the buyer's card to the seller's account. It is called merchant acquiring... A POS terminal with 1C is integrated into the accounting and enterprise management system. The device accepts payment by bank transfer and transmits information to the "1C: Retail" program.
1C: Retail is an accounting system that automates business processes in shops and small service companies. The program is used by bookstores, sellers of auto parts and household appliances, pharmacies and beauty salons.
Why do you need an acquiring terminal with 1C
The law obliges entrepreneurs to install a terminal when the store's revenue for the year exceeds 60 million rubles. The entrepreneur can deliver the device as he wishes at any time.
With acquiring, the seller lets customers go faster: there is no need to change bills, give change and check the authenticity of bills. If the terminal is integrated into the accounting system, the cashier does not need to enter the payment amount in the device: the data will be transmitted by the system via the Internet or via a wire.
An acquiring terminal in 1C: Retail transmits payment data to the accounting system. So the entrepreneur sees how much money came by bank transfer, and how much in cash.
Mastercard conducted research in Russia. It turned out that 92% of Russians have bank cards. 26% of the country's residents do not use cash and pay only by cards.
From two pastry shops on one street, the buyer will choose the one where he can pay by card and look for an ATM. Therefore, the turnover of stores that use POS terminals is 20-30% higher than that of competitors that only accept cash.
How to choose an autonomous acquiring terminal with 1C
Pos terminal for 1C: Retail can be different, for example:
- ordinary,
- mobile,
- smart cash registers,
- modular systems.
The devices are connected to a computer with an installed accounting system via yuesbi, wi-fi or via a sim card.
Small shops, delivery services and taxis install a mobile terminal for 1C - a compact device that works with a smartphone or tablet with a mobile version of 1C installed. The mobile terminal for the 1C program, the price of which is 8,000 rubles, is able to read the data of cards with a magnetic stripe, a chip, supports contactless payment via NFC.
Grocery stores, cafes and fast food buy a bank terminal that connects to the Internet via Wi-Fi, SIM card or wire, reads cards and prints a receipt. The amount for payment is entered manually. Such a device costs 30,000 rubles.
Smart cash registers are needed for shops and retail outlets, where workplace at the cashier is limited. Such a device combines the functions of a terminal and an online cash register. He debits money from the buyer's card and stores the data on a fiscal drive. The device issues a fiscal receipt and sends the purchase information to the fiscal data operator. Evotor and Modulbank have smart cash registers at a price of 15,000 to 36,000 rubles.
Supermarkets and large stores are installing modular systems. A modular terminal is a touchscreen system that connects various devices such as a keyboard, mouse, cash drawer, scales or barcode reader. Such a device costs from 40,000 to 120,000 rubles.
How to connect an acquiring terminal to 1C: Retail
The device is bought at a bank or from a manufacturer. The supplier transfers the software to the entrepreneur through which the device is integrated into the accounting system. If an entrepreneur bought a cash desk at a bank, then a bank employee helps to set up the device.
To connect an acquiring terminal to 1C, the program settings add the ability to pay by card and download the necessary drivers to the computer. This applies to all equipment from simple card scanners to smart cash registers, which are used by large stores and retail chains.
The bank takes a commission for acquiring, so not the entire amount paid by the buyer is credited to the entrepreneur's account. The size of the commission is specified in the agreement with the bank. For example, a client made a purchase for 500 rubles, the bank takes 1.6% for services, the entrepreneur will receive 492 rubles to the account, and 8 will be taken by the bank. If you do not set a commission on the terminal, the individual entrepreneur will see 500 rubles in the accounting system, and the account will be 492. Therefore, the amount of the commission is set on the device in the "Available types of payment" section.
Let's consider a payment card payment scheme (see fig. 1). This process involves three objects: a buyer, a store and an acquiring bank, through which payments by payment cards will be accepted.
To receive payments, the acquiring bank provides the store with special equipment for rent - an acquiring terminal. It is he who allows you to work at the checkout with payment cards of buyers.
The purchase process itself is as follows.
The customer selects a specific product that he intends to purchase in the store. Then he gives the payment card to the cashier, who, using the acquiring terminal, makes a request to the acquiring bank to check the sufficiency of the funds on the card and pay for the purchase. The acquiring bank gives a special response to this request, which is displayed on the acquiring terminal.
The answer can be in two ways: either there is enough money and payment will be made, or there is not enough money and the client will need to pay for the purchase in another way. If there is enough money on the card, the acquiring terminal informs the cashier that the payment was successfully made. The store records information about the payment, and the client receives the product that he purchased by paying by card.
There can be many such payments during the day. Information about them is accumulated in the store, and at the end of a certain period, the acquirer for all completed transactions transfers non-cash funds to the store with decryption of information about payments.
Different banks transfer funds at different intervals, but this is usually done every day.
Rice. 1 Payment card payment scheme
In the article we will analyze how this process is reflected in 1C: Retail. In particular, consider:
Applicability
The article was written for the edition of 1C: Retail 2.1 ... If you are using this edition, great - read the article and implement the discussed functionality.
If you plan to start implementing 1C: Retail, then most likely a more recent edition will be used. Interfaces and functionality may vary.
Therefore, we recommend taking the course 1C: Retail 2 for store automation and service companies, it will help you avoid mistakes and loss of time / reputation.
Payment card payment setup
By default, the ability to accept payment by payment cards in the configuration Retail 2 disabled. To enable it, go to the section Administration and using the appropriate command to open the settings form Sales(see fig. 2 and fig. 3).
Rice. 2 Launching the "Sales" settings window
Rice. 3 Group of settings Payment in the settings window "Sales"
In the settings group Payment you must enable the option Payment by payment cards... After that, the command becomes available Acquiring agreements.
Each of the acquiring banks that the store works with must register its own agreement. Opening the form "Acquiring agreements"(see fig. 4) by pressing the button Create in the command bar of the tabular section of the form, you can register a new contract.
Rice. 4 Form of the list of acquiring agreements
In the form of creating an agreement (see Fig. 5), it is required to indicate our organization from which the agreement was concluded, as well as the acquiring bank (the choice of the bank is carried out from the directory "Counterparties").
For banks it is recommended to create a separate folder in the directory "Counterparties".
Rice. 5 Form of creating an acquiring agreement
The name of the contract can be selected offered by the system 1C: Retail default.
Using the corresponding option, you can determine whether the acquiring bank returns the commission upon return. If the buyer returns the goods paid for with a payment card, then a refund can also be made only to the payment card.
The behavior of the acquiring bank can be different: it can return to the store the commission that it withheld when making the payment, or not return it.
In the tabular part of the contract, you can specify tariffs for settlement service: for different types payment you can specify the percentage bank commission.
In a collumn Payment type an element of a special directory is indicated. When selecting, only payment types with the type Payment card.
It is necessary to create a new type of payment: the type of payment will be set automatically, it remains only to indicate the name (see Fig. 6).
As a name, it is logical to use the name of the type of card, the percentage of the bank commission for which we will determine.
Rice. 6 Filling out the tabular part of the Acquiring Agreement
If the percentage of the bank commission for all types of cards is the same and you do not need to further analyze the amount of payments by types of cards, then you can create only one type of payment Payment card and indicate in the corresponding field of the tabular section the percentage of the bank commission.
After saving the acquiring agreement in the navigation bar of the form, it will become possible to use the command Acquiring terminals.
A list of acquiring terminals by this agreement... Here you need to create at least one acquiring terminal.
In the card of the acquiring terminal (see Fig. 7), you should indicate the type of cash register: cash register cash register - to receive payment at the cash register cash register for retail sales; cash desk (operating cash desk) - for accepting payment at the cash desk of the enterprise in case of small wholesale sales.
Consider both options, so we create two terminals (in one we select operating cash desk, and in the other cash register KKM). You can select the name suggested by the system automatically.
Rice. 7 Creation of an acquiring terminal
Rice. 8 Creation of an acquiring terminal for cash register office
In addition, information about the connected equipment is indicated. An acquiring terminal can operate in two versions.
It can work autonomously - then it has nothing to do with the system 1C: Retail... The cashier will manually work with this terminal, collecting the amount to be paid and performing operations with the payment card. Further in the program Retail 2 he will need to reflect: whether the payment went through the card.
Also, the acquiring terminal can be connected as equipment directly to our system. The convenience of this connection option is that the cashier's workplace will be able to automatically transfer the payment amount to the terminal, and the cashier will no longer need to dial it, it will only be necessary to authorize this payment.
When checking the box Use without connecting equipment(as shown in Figures 7 and 8) the terminal will work autonomously.
Payment by payment cards of small wholesale sales
Let's consider how to accept payment by payment cards using the example of small wholesale. In chapter Sales create a document "Sale of goods"(the corresponding team from the group Create).
Rice. 9 Form of the document "Sale of goods"
In the form of the document, fill in the required data: Counterparty to whom the sale is carried out, Shop, Shipping Warehouse, Organization.
To the tabular part Products we select the goods for sale and carry out the sales document.
To process payment by this document by payment card, there is a special document "Acquiring operation".
You can create it based on the implementation document by clicking on the button Create based on and selecting in the opened submenu item Acquiring operation(see fig. 10).
A new document form will open "Acquiring operation", in which most of the data will already be filled in automatically (see Fig. 11).
Rice. 10 Creation of the document "Acquiring operation"
Rice. 11 Form of the document "Acquiring operation"
After specifying the type of payment in the document, the percentage of the bank commission and the calculated commission amount will be automatically set. After that, the document should be posted.
In system 1C: Retail payment information will be recorded. Next, you need to make a payment at the acquiring terminal itself.
In our example, the terminal is connected autonomously, so the cashier works with it manually: he indicates the amount of payment and sends a request to the bank.
Until the payment is confirmed, a corresponding message is displayed in the form of a document: “No banking operation was performed” (see Fig. 11).
If the operation was successfully completed by the bank, then you should click on the button Pay by card... If several fiscal registrars are available at this workplace, the program will offer to select the one on which information about the payment made will be printed.
If one fiscal registrar is available, then a window will appear immediately "Authorization of the operation" with the already specified amount of payment (see Fig. 12). It is necessary to indicate the buyer's card number.
The card number is entered in a special template in groups of numbers (four values in each group). The entered value can be arbitrary, the program does not control its correctness in any way.
Rice. 12 Operation authorization window
After pressing the command Perform operation program Retail 2 asks an additional question about the success of payment at the acquiring terminal.
If the payment did not go through, you must refuse to reflect the fact of payment by clicking the button Not(see fig. 13). If the payment went through, click on the button Yes, and in the form of a document "Acquiring operation" the information message will change to .
In addition, the document becomes unavailable for editing, the operations of undoing the posting and marking for deletion are not available.
Rice. 13 Request to confirm the success of the payment operation
In the document navigation bar, you can select the command Document movements... The report on document movements reflects only one movement in the accumulation register "Sales by payment cards"(see fig. 14).
There is no repayment of the buyer's debt, and that's okay. In system 1C: Retail small wholesale is very much simplified, and the document "Sale of goods" does not generate any customer debt.
Those. it is assumed that when sold through a sale, the goods are immediately paid for. No further control of settlements is assumed.
Rice. 14 Report on document movements "Acquiring operation"
Refund for small wholesale
Suppose that the goods sold for some reason turned out to be of poor quality, and the buyer returns it to us. Document can be created based on document "Sale of goods"(see fig. 10).
In the document, you can edit the quantity and composition of the returned goods and in the field Household analytics operations indicate the reason for the return. All the rest of the information in the document has already been filled in, and it is ready to be carried out (see Figure 15).
Rice. 15 Form of the document "Return of goods from the buyer"
In order to make a refund to the buyer's payment card, on the basis of a document "Returning goods from a customer" document is created "Acquiring operation"(see fig. 15).
In the new document, the field Operation will make a difference Buyer refund(see fig. 16). In the previous document, this field had the value Receipt of payment from the buyer(see fig. 11).
The document requires a value for the field Payment type... You should choose exactly the type of payment (payment card) with which you paid for the sale of goods. It is important for the cashier not to make a mistake in choosing the type of payment, because the program does not track this compliance.
Rice. 16 Form of the document "Acquiring operation" when making a return
There will be a question about the success of the operation at the acquiring terminal, which should be answered accordingly. If the answer is yes in the document "Acquiring operation" also a message will appear "Banking operation completed" and it will become unavailable for editing.
Payment by credit cards for retail sales
Now let's look at how to register the acceptance of payment by payment cards in retail sales. Let me remind you that for this, a corresponding terminal must be created, in which the cash register type parameter has the value - cash register cash register.
To begin with, let's work with cash register receipts manually (not in the cashier's workplace).
Create a new cash register receipt (in the section Sales in the group of teams Create team KKM check). Fill in the values for the Cashier, Store and Organization fields, as well as the tabular section Products(see fig. 17)
Rice. 17 Cash register receipt. Products tab
On a bookmark Payment using the button Add in the tabular section panel, select the item Payment card(see fig. 18).
A window will open for selecting the type of payment (see Fig. 19), in which you need to select the appropriate payment card. Amount, Trade Assignment Percentage and Trade Assignment Amount are filled in automatically. We carry out this document.
Rice. 18 Cash register receipt. Payment tab
Rice. 19 Window for choosing the type of payment
To reflect the fact of committing banking operation on the acquiring terminal, in the command panel of the tabular section Payment select the button with the acquiring terminal icon (see fig. 18).
After clicking this button, the already familiar window will open "Authorization of the operation", in which you should fill in the card number and click on the button Perform operation(see fig. 12). System 1C: Retail will ask a standard question about the success of the payment operation at the acquiring terminal (see a similar question in Figure 13).
After the operator confirms the success of the operation in the leftmost column of the tabular section Payment an icon with an acquiring terminal will appear.
Until the check is broken through, the payment can be canceled. To do this, select the required line in the tabular section. Payment and in the command panel of this tabular section, click again on the button with the acquiring terminal icon. Program Retail 2 will inform you that the payment data has already been transferred to the bank and will require confirmation of the cancellation of the operation (see Fig. 20).
Rice. 20 Request for confirmation of cancellation of the operation
In case of confirmation by the operator, the program will ask about the success of the cancellation of payment at the acquiring terminal (see Fig. 21).
Rice. 21 Request for confirmation of cancellation of payment at the acquiring terminal
If the operation is not canceled, the check can be punched. To punch a check on the fiscal registrar, click on the button Punch a check(see fig. 18).
The check form is shown in Figure 22.
Rice. 22 Sales receipt
Retail refunds
To process a return on the basis of the current POS printer check (document), a new POS printer check is created (see Fig. 23). The new POS printer check will indicate the type of operation Return(see fig. 24).
In this document, you must fill in the field Household analytics operations... On a bookmark Payment in the tabular section, indicate the type of payment. In this case, the system 1C: Retail controls the coincidence of payment types when purchasing and when returning.
It should be borne in mind that today only part of the product is returned in this case. Retail 2 does not allow - the return must necessarily be on full amount original purchase.
Rice. 23 Creating a cash register receipt for return
Rice. 24 Cash register receipt for return
We issue a cash register check for a return. In the panel of the tabular section Payment click on the button with the acquiring terminal icon.
You will be prompted to confirm the success of the payment cancellation at the acquiring terminal. After confirmation, the check for the refund breaks through (the Punch a check).
Payment by payment cards at the cashier's workplace
In the RMK mode, we select the goods for sale. In the top row of buttons, select the button Plat. map (F7) (see Fig. 25).
A complex payment form for a KKM check will open with an already open list of payment types such as Payment card.
From this list, select the desired type of payment (payment card) by double-clicking.
Rice. 25 Payment by payment card at the cashier's workplace
After choosing the type of payment, a window will appear "Authorization of the operation" with the purchase amount already filled in (see fig. 26).
When you press the key Enter in this form, payment will be made for the specified amount.
Rice. 26 "Operation authorization" window
In a separate window, the system 1C: Retail will ask a standard question about the success of the transaction on the acquiring terminal (see Fig. 27).
Rice. 27 Request for confirmation of payment at the acquiring terminal
By this time, the form "Payment of cash register check"(see Fig. 25) will take a slightly different form (see Fig. 32).
In place of the list of payment types there will be buttons with numbers, and the button Enter, which will need to be clicked after the operator confirms the payment at the acquiring terminal.
The system will punch a check on the fiscal registrar (see Fig. 28).
Rice. 28 Sales receipt
Refunds at the cashier's workplace
To register a return during the same shift when the purchase was made, press the button Return(F5) in the top row of buttons of the cashier's workplace (see Fig. 25).
A form will appear with a list of checks punched in the current shift to select the check for which you want to return (see Fig. 29).
Rice. 29 Form for selecting a check from the list
After the operator selects the receipt by double-clicking the mouse, the window for selecting the reason for the return will appear (see Fig. 30).
Rice. 30 Form for choosing the reason for return
After selecting the reason for the return, press the button again. Plat. map (F7) (see Fig. 25), after which a request will follow to confirm the successful payment cancellation at the acquiring terminal (see Fig. 31).
Rice. 31 Request for confirmation of payment cancellation
After confirmation, the POS printer check payment form with the filled amount appears again (see fig. 32)
Rice. 32 Form of payment for cash register check
After pressing the key Enter, a check for a refund will be punched (see Fig. 33) and, with the appropriate settings of the cashier's workplace, an act on the return of funds will be printed (see Fig. 34)
Rice. 33 Return receipt
Rice. 34 Fragment Act on the return of funds
Analysis of payments by payment cards
To analyze payments made by payment cards, in the configuration 1C: Retail there are two reports "Movement of DS on payment cards" and "Movement of DS by type of payment"... These reports are available in the sections Sales and Finance.
To access reports in any of these sections, you can select the command Sales reports or Finance reports, respectively (see Fig. 35). The report panels will open, and the reports we are interested in will be located in the group of commands Receipt of payment(see fig. 36).
Rice. 35 Calling up the list of reports
Rice. 36 Location of commands for calling reports of interest
Report "Cash flow on payment cards" is presented in Figure 37. It displays information about sales and returns, indicating the appropriate types of payments.
The disadvantage of the report is that it does not display the percentage of the bank commission.
Rice. 37 Report "Cash flows on payment cards"
If required, you can decipher the corresponding indicators, for example, according to documents (see Fig. 38).
Rice. 38 Explanation of report indicators
The second report is a universal report that displays all payments by types and types of payments. Accordingly, you can compare the amounts of payments and refunds for different types payments (see fig. 39)

Learning to enter acquiring transactions (1C: Accounting 8.3, revision 3.0)
2017-06-13T22: 31: 11 + 00: 00Today we will learn how to enter payment from buyers through payment cards(Visa, MasterCard and others).
In another way, such operations are also called acquiring:
Attention! If you do not have the item "Payment payment cards", then you need to go to the" Main "section, the" Functionality "item and check the" Payment cards "checkbox on the" Bank and cash desk "tab.In the journal that opens, press the "Create" button:
The type of operation we have is natural " Retail revenue":
Fill in the date and the warehouse field (with the type of manual retail outlet):
We create a new type of payment:
- Payment type: Payment card
- Name: for example, Visa
- Counterparty: our acquiring bank VTB
- Agreement: Acquiring agreement (you can also specify the number and date)
Do not forget to indicate the percentage of the bank's commission for acquiring services (1%).
It will turn out like this:
We indicate the amount of payment and draw up the document:
Let's see the postings (DtKt button):
That's right:
62.R(retail buyer) 90.01.1 (revenue) 100,000 (reflected revenue)
57.03 (transfers in transit) 62.R(retail customer) 100,000 (proceeds in transit, expected to be transferred from the acquiring bank to our checking account)
According to the extract dated January 2, the money (excluding commission) was transferred to our bank account.
To reflect the receipt of money, we will go to the newly created document "Payment by payment cards" and create on its basis the "Receipt to the current account":
Please note that the program automatically allocated the bank's commission (in this case, 1,000 rubles):
And she took it to other expenses (account 91.02):
Let's post the document and see the postings (DtKt button):
That's right:
51 (our checking account) 57.03 (transfers in transit) 99,000 (payment minus commission is credited to our account)
91.02 (other expenses) 57.03 (transfers in transit) 1,000 (expenses for acquiring fees)
By the way, if the proceeds were not retail (62.Р), but the usual payment from the buyer (specific counterparty), we simply had to select "Payment from the buyer" as the type of operation, and then instead of 62.Р everywhere, 62.01 would appear with the indication of the selected us of the buyer (counterparty).
That's all
By the way, for new lessons ...
Sincerely, Vladimir Milkin(teacher
Advances in commodity-money relations led to the emergence of one of the incredibly convenient inventions - bank cards. At the very beginning, they were intended to receive funds that were stored in the bank, but over time, the functionality of the cards was expanded for the convenience of servicing in retail outlets - acquiring appeared.
Acquiring is payment for goods and services provided by an organization using payment cards. This is a very convenient, modern and simple payment method, which has gained great popularity, and therefore the installation of acquiring through systems on the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform has become a matter of time.
Connecting acquiring to 1C is not the only action. To carry out acquiring operations in your organization, you must conclude an appropriate agreement with the servicing bank, which will provide equipment for accepting payments on the terms specified in the agreement - this can be a lease or free use.
The most common equipment is equipment with a USB connection. They interact at the level of installation on the operating system. That is, if you do not install the driver itself into the system, then the commercial equipment driver will not work.
As soon as the buyer presents the card to the seller to pay for the purchase, a certain series of operations occurs. After receiving data about the buyer, the terminal contacts the bank's system and transmits data about the amount and the buyer. Common information is the PIN code of the card. Then a response comes to the device in the form of a payment or a refusal, if the password is entered incorrectly.
The operation of terminals is fundamentally different from the operation of any other commercial equipment. If the drivers or the system itself are configured incorrectly, this can lead to failure of all transmission systems.
To get started, you need to take several important steps:
- Conclude an agreement with the bank for the provision of acquiring services;
- Get a POS terminal from a bank;
- Negotiate the terms of cooperation and get advice on installing and configuring equipment;
- Obtain the appropriate drivers for POS terminals from the bank.
During the consultation, the bank employee will be sure to explain how and where to register and copy the files. Next, you need to connect a terminal and a reader for dialing a pin code via the USB port.
The easiest way to load library parameters is to run the program supplied with the hardware.
Fig. 1
In the opened window, select "Acquiring equipment".
Fig. 2
If all the drivers are loaded correctly, the system of the bank we need will appear in the drop-down list, if it is not there, you need to load the file manually.
Fig. 3
Fig. 4
Fig. 5
If the steps are strictly followed, the form "Configuring the Acquiring System Parameters" will open.
Fig. 6
After installing all the drivers, we check the performance of the equipment. We select in the system "Pay by card", enter the amount and click "Payment". The system will immediately ask you to insert bank card to the POS terminal. Before that, the terminal must be connected to the fiscal registrar.
After completing all the settings in 1C 8 (rev. 3.0), it will be possible to accept payments and carry out settlements with customers using the document "Operations with payment cards", which is located in the "Bank and cash desk" section.
Fig. 7
Here we create a document in accordance with the type of sale - "Payment from the buyer", intended for making payments from wholesalers, and "Retail revenue" to reflect the proceeds from a non-automated retail outlet.
Fig. 8
"Type of payment" is filled in from the reference book. It contains the necessary information to fill out an acquiring agreement and a settlement account.
Fig. 9
When posting, the document generates the following transactions:
Fig. 10
It is important to note that the procedure for connecting such equipment itself is rather complicated, since some problems may arise when connecting for the first time with this type of equipment. Most of the commercial equipment uses one-way communication with accounting systems and does not require additional settings. Acquiring equipment - POS terminals, on the contrary, use communication with external hardware and software systems. For their correct setting, it is important not to forget about this nuance. Therefore, in order to quickly and correctly connect the equipment, it is better to invite specialized specialists.
