Based on the foregoing, I DO NOT GIVE MY CONSENT to issue a bank card in my name, including MIR and the formation of an electronic digital signature.

Maintain the traditional form of receiving payments (salary, scholarships, pensions, etc.) in cash on a paper receipt (statement);
- not to allow the transfer of funds due to me to a bank card, including MIR.

In case of refusal to pay me (salary, stipend, pension, etc.), guaranteed by the state in cash, I will raise the issue of bringing the perpetrators to criminal responsibility under Art. 145-1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Failure to pay salary, scholarships, pensions) and the imposition of material and moral damages on them.
