Partner banks for withdrawing cash from the card. Cash withdrawal Bank cash withdrawal
Operations for the issuance of cash to bank customers are carried out on the basis of expenditure cash documents. These include a cash check and an account cash warrant (Fig. 6.6 and 6.7).
A cash check is presented by a representative of a legal entity to a bank for withdrawal from the current account of this legal entity of the amount of cash specified in the check. The check indicates the purpose of the requested amount, for example, for the payment of wages, benefits or pensions, for travel expenses, for household needs. Details of a money check are also affixed to its spine. It remains with the individual in the checkbook and is a supporting document. A cash check is signed by persons entitled to the first and second signatures on the account, and the seal of the legal entity is affixed. A cash check is issued to a specific recipient indicating his last name, first name, patronymic and passport data.
To issue cash on a cash check and an expense order, the cashier receives from the head of the cash desk the necessary amount against receipt. This is reflected in the book of accepted and issued values. The money check presented by the client is checked by the teller for correct filling. The operator also checks the availability of the required amount on the current account, makes an entry in the cash register, separates it from the cashier's check and gives the client a control stamp for presentation to the cashier and sends the check to the cashier. The control stamp may not come off if the bank uses tokens or other means of identifying the customer.
The cashier checks the signatures on the check, checks the amount written in words and numbers, as well as the data of the client's passport. They prepare the amount of cash indicated on the check and call the recipient of the money by the number of the check. Having received the control stamp from the client, the cashier compares its number with the check number and sticks it on the check. In the presence of the client, he re-checks the prepared amount before dispensing and signs the check. The check is attached to the documents of the day.
Rice. 6.6. cash check
Rice. 6.7. Account cash warrant
According to the expenditure cash warrant, cash is issued to an individual. The order is drawn up by an individual or an accountant of the bank and can be used when:
· issuance of cash from the account on the deposit of an individual;
· issuing a cash loan to an individual;
· issuing cash to a bank teller to pay salaries to bank employees;
· issuance of cash to bank employees as an account (for the purchase of household goods, travel expenses);
· delivery of cash to institutions of the Bank of Russia.
The sequence of operations with an account cash warrant is similar to operations with a money check. In confirmation of the issuance of cash to an individual, he is issued a second copy of an account cash warrant signed by a cashier with an imprint of the cashier's stamp.
All transactions with expenditure cash documents are recorded in the cash journal. It serves to reconcile transactions performed by bank cash desks. Transactions are reflected in the credit of the balance sheet account No. 20202 "Cash desk of credit organizations" at the end of the working day. On fig. 6.8 shows examples of possible correspondence of accounts when issuing cash.
Rice. 6.8. An example of possible correspondence of accounts when issuing cash:
1 - issuance of cash to legal entities on the basis of a cash check;
2 - issuance of cash from the account on the deposit of an individual;
3 - issuing a loan to an individual;
4 - issuance of cash to bank employees in the account;
5 - delivery of cash to an institution of the Bank of Russia;
5.1 - sending cash to an institution of the Bank of Russia;
5.2 - crediting funds to a correspondent account after receiving money at the Bank of Russia;
C h a l t a b u x g a l t e r c o g o g u t a t :
20202 - cash desk of credit institutions;
20209 - cash in transit;
30102 - correspondent accounts of credit institutions with the Bank of Russia;
40702 - accounts of non-state commercial organizations;
42302 - deposits for up to 30 days (individuals);
45502 - loans granted to individuals for up to 30 days;
60308 - settlements with employees on accountable amounts.
At the end of the working day, the cashier of the expenditure cash desk checks the amount of cash received from the head of the cash desk at the beginning of the operating day with the balance of cash and with the amount of expenditure cash documents. Then, an expense certificate is filled out for the performed expenditure operations. It is signed by the cashier and the bank controller. The cashier also signs the operations performed by him in the cash journal. This ensures control of transactions reflected in accounting.
The issuance of cash from the cash desk of enterprises is carried out according to unified primary documents - expenditure cash orders or other documents that are properly drawn up (settlement and payroll; payroll, application for the issuance of money; account, etc.). If one of the above documents is used, it is stamped and the details of the cash order are affixed.
The issued expenditure order is registered in a special journal for registering cash documents and filed with the cashier's report.
Issuance of cash from the cash desk is carried out in the following cases:
- payment of wages and payments to employees (bonuses, vacation pay, allowances, scholarships);
- issuing money to employees of the organization against the report on operating and business expenses;
- bank deposit of unused cash;
- payments to suppliers for purchased goods (work, services) and prepayments under contracts;
- providing loans and advances;
- payments to founders.
Documents for the issuance of cash must be signed by the head, chief accountant or authorized person of the enterprise.
As a rule, the organization receives funds from a servicing bank. Cash is issued by the bank on the basis of a check, which is an order of the enterprise to issue from its current account the amount of money indicated in it.
The bank issues checkbooks to organizations on the basis of an application, which is drawn up in the prescribed form. When filling out the check, you must indicate the purpose of the expenses for which the funds will be issued.
From the cash desk, cash is issued upon presentation of a passport or other document proving the identity of the recipient of these funds.
If the recipient is an employee of this enterprise, they can also be paid according to a certificate issued by this organization (if it contains a personal signature and a photograph of the owner).
The issuance of cash by the cashier is made only to the person indicated in the expenditure order or a document replacing it.
In cases where money is issued under a duly executed power of attorney, in the order, after the full name of the recipient of funds, the accountant indicates the last name, first name and patronymic of the authorized person.
Issuance of cash at the box office (PVN)
In each bank branch, cash points (PVN) are organized, where you can receive money or make non-cash transactions with a card.
Before contacting the PVN, you should make sure that your card is accepted by this bank for servicing - there is a logo of the payment system on the checkout, which should be like on your card.
Operations performed in PVN
The cash point performs the following operations:
- issuance of cash (euro, US dollars, Russian and Belarusian rubles);
- accepts non-cash payments for utilities and other services, mobile communications (if special software is installed in the bank branch);
- provides an opportunity for bank customers to replenish their settlement (current) account through a bank payment card or with a cash deposit.
The procedure for receiving cash at the PVN
In the PVN terminal, cash withdrawal operations are performed by the cashier. The maximum amount of cash withdrawal on cards issued by other banks should not exceed:
- $12,000
- 350,000 Russian rubles
- 8,000 euros
- 130,000,000 Belarusian rubles
The cardholder enters his individual PIN code and receives authorization. As a result of the operation, a check card is issued in two copies, which the cashier passes to the client for signature and verification of correctness of filling.
If for any reason the operation was rejected, a check card is printed, which indicates the reason for the refusal.
After signing card checks, he passes them to the cashier, who checks the Holder's signature with the sample on the back of the bank card. If the client's signatures on the card checks do not match the sample signature on the BC, the bank employee asks him to sign again. If the signature does not match again, the operation is canceled and the funds are not issued.
If there is no sample signature on the bank card, the cashier asks the bank client to present a passport, after which he checks the signatures and offers to sign for the BC.

Competition among banks for customers leads to the fact that banks come up with additional conveniences for customers. One of these conveniences is the creation of a partner network of ATMs with other banks so that customers can use the card on favorable terms without being tied to a specific bank. Naturally, customers benefit from this. But unfortunately, not everyone knows about such opportunities and continue to withdraw money as before in their own ATMs, sometimes creating queues of several people. Sberbank's partners are its subsidiary banks abroad: Sberbank (Kazakhstan), Sberbank of Russia (Ukraine), BPS-Sberbank (Belarus), DenizBank A.S. (Turkey), Sberbank d.d. Banja Luka (Serbian Republic), Sberbank Srbija (Serbian Republic), Sberbank Slovensko (Slovakia), Sberbank banka (Slovenia) and Sberbank CZ (Czech Republic). The collection of tariffs can be found on the bank's website.
Partner banks of Tinkoff Bank
As you know, Tinkoff Bank has map Tinkoff Black the commission is the same for all ATMs: if the withdrawal amount is more than 3 tr, the commission is not charged, and if the withdrawal amount is less than 3 tr, it is 90 rubles. If the limit is exceeded 500 tr - in both cases, an additional fee of 2% is charged. Thus, the issue of partner banks is not very relevant here.
The largest cash withdrawal limits
When withdrawing cash from ATMs, especially if the ATMs of another bank, then the question arises, how much can be withdrawn at a time? Below are the banks where the maximum limits for cash withdrawals from another bank's card are set:
ATMs of Alfa-Bank— the cash withdrawal limit for MasterCard cards is up to 450 thousand rubles (if technically possible).
ATMs of Tinkoff Bank- The withdrawal limit at these ATMs is, as a rule, 100 thousand rubles per transaction.
Everyone understands that when using an ATM of the same bank that issued the card, there are no special limits on cash withdrawal from the ATM, everything is determined by the tariff of your card and the technical capabilities of the ATM. Technically, many ATMs can dispense 40 sheets (issuing a stack horizontally), i.e. the withdrawal limit is 200,000 rubles, but ATMs have also appeared that dispense larger packs not through the slot, but in a niche, obliquely, they can dispense 90 sheets, i.e. limit of 450,000 rubles for one withdrawal, I saw these in Alfa-Bank offices, and now.
If you have a card that allows you to withdraw cash from ATMs of "foreign" banks without a commission, for example, a card, you need an ATM that gives out the maximum amount on the card of a "foreign" bank, because Tinkoff Bank has few ATMs of its own, Homecredit has even fewer, even in Moscow.
As a rule, in Russia, an ATM will issue from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles on a "foreign" card, ATMs of Sberbank and the Bank of Moscow usually issue 7,500 rubles per 1 serving, these options are not very interesting. News:
- June 2016 – ATMs VTB give out 100,000 rubles. cash.
- From 02/24/2016 ATMs Alfa bank VISA other banks.
- From 18/01/2016 ATMs Binbank and MDM bank issue unlimited cash on cards Visa and mastercard other banks, including Tinkoff.
- From 08/05/2015 Promsvyazbank canceled limits on ruble withdrawal on cards master card other banks.
- From 03/04/2015 on "foreign" cards master cardAlfa Bank gives 200,000 rubles for 1 time. If after entering the pin code you see that there are 5,000 bills in the ATM, then 40 sheets will be 200,000 rubles.
A separate question on the issuance of currency from currency cards (for example, Tinkoff Bank).

How to order cash at VTB Bank?
The bank can accept any amount for safekeeping at any time. At the same time, practically no restrictions in the form of limits or commissions are imposed on the amount accepted. But the procedure for receiving money from a bank is much more complicated: you will have to pay a commission if the amount exceeds a certain threshold, and wait until the required amount appears in the branch. Thus, the situation when a client comes to the bank and is immediately given a large amount of cash in two suitcases is just an invention of the film scriptwriters.
In reality, to get a large amount, you need to order it for a few days. This rule applies to all banks. The difference is only in terms and amounts. Let us consider in more detail why you need to order cash for receipt, how to order and what is needed for this?
In what cases is it necessary to order cash for collection?
It may be necessary to receive a large amount of cash in order to make a transaction (for example, buying a car or real estate), withdraw a closed deposit with accrued interest, receive foreign currency, or simply save on interbank commissions when transferring money to an account in another bank. The best option is to use bank transfer. It's more convenient and safer. But if the situation requires an urgent receipt of cash, you should make sure that at the time of receipt there is a sufficient amount at the cash desk.
How to order cash to receive?
Consider the procedure for ordering cash at VTB 24. This bank is one of the largest banks in Russia after Sberbank. It has a large audience of customers and a developed network of branches. However, here the problem arises, how to order cash from VTB 24 bank, if such a need arises?
Despite the many branches, it is almost impossible to receive a large amount at the time of treatment in any of them. The fact is that cash desks adhere to the rules of storing certain limits (no more than a certain amount), and also many debit transactions can be carried out during the day, as a result of which cash reserves run out. Cash limits at the box office are set based on the size of the branch and the volume of income and expenditure transactions.
How to order cash at VTB Bank:
- Go to the office personally to the employee and ask to reserve the required amount in the desired currency. You can also do this by phone, however, there is a risk that you can get to the wrong employee, or the employee may promise to order money and forget about it, and so on. The exception is VIP clients who are served by a personal manager. He is personally responsible for fulfilling the requirements of his ward. A personal visit indicates that the client really needs money, and he will not refuse to receive it on the specified day (otherwise, the cashier may be overlimited).
- Explain the reason why the large amount will be withdrawn. For example, if this is the closing of a deposit, then it is worth clarifying the closing date in order to immediately terminate the contract on that day and receive the amount due.
- Get confirmation from the employee that the amount is ordered. Confirmation is given only orally, so you should rely only on the responsibility of the department employee.
Conditions for ordering cash in VTB.
- Term. Usually the required amount is ordered a day before the withdrawal. If you place an order before 14-00, then the cash collectors will bring the money the very next day (taking into account the fact that cash collection happens every day). If the order is given in the evening, then the receipt will most likely be appointed in a day.
- Sum. It depends on the established limits for storing cash at the cash desk in a particular branch. When withdrawing more than 200 tr. (or the equivalent in another currency), they should be ordered at least a day in advance.
- Currency. It is easier to order rubles - they are always in stock. If we are talking about foreign currency (euro or dollar), they can be brought the next day. But if the client needs a rarer currency (yen, sterling, etc.), then it will take longer (up to 5-7 days).
What documents are needed to order money?
To receive, you usually only need a passport if the amount is issued from a deposit or from a personal account. In some cases, the bank may require the provision of documents confirming the legality of the received large amount. For example, when buying real estate, you will have to provide a contract of sale.
When receiving cash, you should adhere to the following rules:
- Receive money only in the box office closed from prying eyes. Now banks practice issuing money right in the service hall, where people with not quite “good” intentions can be. Recalculating and receiving a large amount is extremely inconvenient and dangerous. It is better to demand issuance at an isolated cash desk.
- Count and check banknotes for authenticity. In connection with the increasing incidence of counterfeit banknotes, even bankers should not be trusted. It is better to check all the banknotes yourself and ask for a replacement if one is in doubt.
- Take security with you to protect the transfer of money. After the client leaves the branch, the bank is no longer responsible for the safety of the money. VIP clients can be provided with an escort service, for example, to a car. Everyone else should take care of the safety of cash on their own.
Thus, the process of getting cash from a bank is more complicated than placing it in bank accounts. Banks easily accept any amounts, but are reluctant to issue them back, so they set various restrictions in the form of limits, commissions for issuing, and so on. Before withdrawing, it is worth clarifying the amount of the commission charged and the day when they can be received.
