10,000 per month feeds two people
The salary of the majority of Russian citizens leaves much to be desired, and many rightly ask the question: how can one even live on it? In this article we will talk about how you can not only live with an income of 10,000 rubles a month, but also allow you to save a certain amount of money for a rainy day. Also, the information presented will be useful for people with average and high incomes in order to rationalize expenses.
Description of expenses
To understand how to live on 10,000 rubles a month, you need to determine the sources of expenses. As a rule, these include utility bills, food, clothing, treatment and repair costs. Considering that the first two sources are the most expensive, reducing the cost of paying for them will lead to significant savings. Utility bills for the average 1-2 room apartment will be about 3000 rubles. It takes about 4,000 rubles a month to feed one person. That leaves 3,000, half of which can be spent on buying clothes, and the other half left for emergencies.
Naturally, with 1,500 a month you won’t be able to wander around boutiques and expensive stores in search of clothes, but you can still buy the necessary wardrobe. If you save on utilities and food, you can allocate additional cash to update your wardrobe or buy pieces of furniture. Everyone has their own preferences - some people like to eat delicious food, while for others it is important how good they look, so the ways to save will be different for everyone.
Saving on utility bills
How to save money on payments public utilities? The answer is obvious - it is necessary to reduce the consumption of consumed resources. Surely, many are familiar with the situation when completely different amounts of money are spent on heating apartments of the same size in neighboring houses. The reason lies in the level of insulation of the house, the quality of communications and other indicators. Therefore, if you are still deciding on your place of residence or have decided to change it, be sure to take these factors into account - and even though a better insulated apartment will be more expensive, in the long run it will bring significant benefits.
The next step towards reducing utility bills is to install meters for all types of resources for which you pay. Don’t be alarmed by the upcoming costs for equipment - they will pay for themselves in a few months, of course, if you are not going to use account water to water the garden, or heat your apartment using a gas stove. Even with normal consumption of all resources, without trying to save, you will spend much less of them than is stated in the standards according to which utility services issue bills.
Turn off those utilities that you no longer use or use very rarely. The landline telephone has now been almost completely replaced mobile communications and via the Internet, so you can safely turn it off. Cable television or a shared antenna are also losing their relevance - all program schedules and new film releases can be viewed via the Internet. Seemingly small sources of expense, if eliminated, can ultimately bring significant savings.
Save energy resources. Turning off the lights in rooms where you are not present has long become the norm for residents of highly developed countries. But an ordinary Russian worker with a salary of 10,000 rubles can afford to leave the lights on in the entire apartment at the same time. Get into the habit of using only those electrical appliances that you need for your specific needs. this moment time, and you will be surprised how much lower your energy bills will be. The same applies to water and gas, the consumption of which can also be reduced without experiencing any discomfort.
Many people spend extra money when paying for utilities due to the fees that some banks and payment terminals charge. Therefore, look for more profitable places for making payments - for example, the post office, even if there is a longer queue there, but you will not have to overpay extra interest.
Saving on food
One of the most effective ways Saving money is cutting down on food costs. And this does not mean a deterioration in diet or consumption of unhealthy food. Reducing food costs can be achieved through the following measures:
Learn to cook your own meals and do not buy semi-finished products, which are much more expensive than the products they contain. This will also improve the quality of food - you will be able to choose each product yourself and check its expiration date.
Create a menu for the coming week. By shopping for groceries according to the list, you will eliminate the possibility of purchasing unnecessary ingredients, and you will also buy only as much food as you really need to prevent it from spoiling.
Use it discount cards, pay attention to ongoing promotions, and try to purchase products sold at discounts.
Products that do not require special conditions storage, and do not deteriorate for a long time, should be purchased in large packages - usually the price in this case is significantly lower than when purchased in small quantities.
Don't neglect going to local market, especially during the summer season - food there is much cheaper than in supermarkets.
If you are the owner summer cottage with a vegetable garden, do not forget to make winter crops from the crops you grow.
Bringing lunch to work will not only save you money, but will also improve the quality of your nutrition.
Other ways to save
Advertising today has a huge influence on consumer choice, so many people choose expensive brands that are no better than little-known analogues. This applies primarily to medicines and hygiene products - a domestic manufacturer or exporter from neighboring countries will always offer more cheap goods. Having received a prescription in a hospital from a doctor who is directly interested in selling an expensive foreign drug, you can come home and find a cheaper analogue on the Internet with exactly the same composition. Therefore, you should not overpay just for a loud name and brand.
When buying clothes, electronics, furniture, building materials and other goods, you can use the services of online stores. They offer similar products as in regular shopping centers, but at reduced prices, due to the absence of expenses for renting premises, employee salaries and other expenses. We recommend registering in several online stores in your region - this will allow you to stay up to date with current discounts, sales and promotions regularly carried out by the management of these online trading platforms.
Many stores offer various promotions, such as “buy 2 pairs of shoes and get the 3rd for free.” You can make group purchases, i.e. team up with a friend or friend and share the necessary goods for two or three, receiving a decent discount.
There are still an endless number of ways to save money that makes it possible to live on a 10,000 salary. However, not everyone can come to terms with this level of income, so we suggest that you familiarize yourself with additional ways making money on the site
Lately, people are increasingly wondering how to live on 10,000 rubles a month. In Russia it is slightly more than this amount. And so it’s only logical that people are thinking about the opportunities they will have. You can often hear that someone lives on 10,000 per month for 1 person, and some even support an entire family of several members on this amount. And all this is far from a fairy tale. Therefore, sometimes it is very difficult to understand how to live on 10,000 rubles a month.
With payments
In general, it is generally accepted that you can live on this amount alone. But only if you constantly deny yourself everything. After all, in this issue You also have to take into account. In most cases, these costs (they are considered basic, mandatory) cost about 5,000.
Exactly half remains. In principle, the average student is able to live like this and eat normally. But rarely. No frills, daily consumption of meat and some delicacies. It is enough to buy only the essentials. For many, such marginal savings are simply unacceptable. Therefore, if people are interested in how to live on 10,000 rubles a month, it often means not spending on utilities. In this situation, you can follow some useful tips, which will allow you not to deny yourself too much in everything.
Supermarkets
You will have to completely forget about such a word as “supermarket”. During a crisis, prices rise extremely quickly. And therefore, one purchase in a store costs the average buyer in Russia approximately 2. The purchased products usually last for 2-3 days maximum.
What happens? If you take 500 rubles to the store for food every 2 days, then your monthly expenses per person will be 7,500 rubles. This amount includes only the most necessary products. It turns out that one person can live on 10,000 per month. But a family or a couple no longer exists. But how do people cope with this situation? Indeed, it is so. How? They just don't go to supermarkets every day. And they generally forget about their existence.
Markets
Are you wondering how to live on 10,000 rubles a month for a family of 3 people? It's actually not that difficult. Of course, a lot depends on where you live. In Moscow, for example, it is impossible to meet the specified amount even alone, let alone for a couple or family. Therefore, we will talk to you not about the capital, but about an average provincial town.
They forgot about supermarkets. Amazing. But where to buy food then? The answer is simple - the market. This is where you can find the same products, but at a lower cost. In addition, in markets the quality of products is often better. It is advisable to purchase for a long period of time. And often don’t go out shopping. In this case, you won’t have to rack your brains about how to live on 10,000 rubles a month for a family of 3 people. In general, if you don’t pay attention to various delicacies and unhealthy foods, then purchasing from the market will help you survive in a crisis.
Without children
But here is a rule that can protect you from unnecessary and unwanted expenses in difficult times. This is especially true for those who are thinking about how to live on 10,000 rubles a month for a family of 4 or more people. And in general, any unit of society where there are children.
It is extremely simple - go shopping strictly without younger family members. Explaining to your child that you cannot buy him a toy or Kinder because you don’t have money, as practice shows, is useless. Instead of understanding, you will get hysterics, tears and resentment. As a result, you will make an extra purchase, which is not very cheap at current prices. Or the child will harbor a huge grudge against you, which will make itself felt in the future. Therefore, you will have to do all your purchases without small children. Then there will be no need to panic once again about how a family can live on 10,000 rubles a month.
Goodies
Another rule is to buy only what you need. No matter how much you want, but when it’s difficult financial situation you will be forced to take products without frills. That is why advice has already been given - do not go shopping with children.
Please note: you will also have to deprive yourself of the pleasures of food. No chips, Cola, carbonated drinks, ready-made pizzas, etc. To live on 10,000, you need to buy only those products that are stored for a long time, do not spoil the stomach, but saturate it.
It is worth forgetting about various cakes, pastries, as well as some fruits and vegetables. On average, a kilogram of apples now costs approximately 70 rubles. It is enough for one person, say, for 3 days. In this case, restrictions on fruits and vegetables may be lifted. If there are children in the family, then you will have to deny yourself this pleasure almost always. After all, all vitamins will need to be given to the younger generation to the maximum.
Semi-finished products
How to live on 10,000 rubles a month together? It has already been said that you should buy everything you need and on average leave 500 rubles a day in stores. But not for one person, but for two. With such purchases you can really live and eat normally.
However, this rule is difficult to comply with. What else can you give up to cope with the crisis? For example, from semi-finished products. Prepared foods are a huge waste. And the portions that will be offered to you will be extremely small. Sometimes one dinner (for example, 350 gram pizza) costs 300 rubles. But there is still breakfast and lunch!
Do you need to somehow survive a month on 10,000 together? Feel free to go around all the counters in stores with semi-finished products and finished products. For example, supermarkets have their own kitchens where food is prepared. We forget about them too. And remember the sacred rule of saving - now you will have to cook yourself all the time.
Stock
If not going to supermarkets doesn’t work out, you’ll have to use one little trick. How can the two of you live on 10,000 rubles a month just on groceries? Or, for example, a small family?
Various sales will help here and very often they are thrown into the mailbox in which you can always see which product is on sale with what discount and on what date. You compare, choose the products you need and go shopping at a specific store. This does not mean that you need to immediately buy everything. Sales and promotions must be approached wisely.
This option can be used if you do not want to limit yourself too much. Yes, you won't be able to afford most fruits and vegetables, but if you look hard enough, you can always buy them at reasonable prices at sales. This is how people survive on 10,000 rubles during a crisis. Study stocks and choose the most profitable offer, and then go shopping. The main thing is not to forget about the measures. And don't look at products that aren't necessary.
Bookmarks
How to live on 10,000 rubles a month with two children? Are there other savings and survival options for families? They exist, but not everyone will be able to comply with them.
A good option is to control your own spending. Get yourself a special diary. Make bookmarks in it for every day with banknotes. 200 rubles a day. This is the amount you can spend on groceries. And then try to minimize the number of shopping trips. Missed 1 day? Then next time you can spend not 200, but 400 rubles. And so on.
Of course, it's better to spend less. Collect all leftovers from the month and put them in an envelope. Let it be funds for some third-party needs. For example, for washing powder, hygiene products or dishes. It will be difficult for a family with children to comply with this rule. But for a couple or a single person it is quite possible. This is how easy and simple it is to save money and live on a small wages, and also set aside some funds. Even if it’s 200-600 rubles a month, that’s already good.
Transport
Well, we cannot ignore such a thing as transport costs. Sometimes the question “How to live on 10,000 rubles a month?” This means that utility bills are not included in this amount, but other expenses are. And transport too.
The car can be left parked on the street. And try to ride it as little as possible. Don't you have one at all? Then there will be no problems either. It’s also better not to ride on public transport. Or try to use buses/trolleybuses more. Minibuses are a last resort option when there is no other option.
To live on 10,000 taking into account transportation costs, walk and move more. Or on a bicycle/rollerblades. It is enough to eliminate frequent trips by public transport and your own car, and you will notice huge savings. By the way, you can also forget about taxis.
Cafe
We have already said that the family is able to live on the amount indicated in the article, but they will have to cook at home. If you need to somehow survive a month (or live permanently) on 10,000, then no prepared foods or meals.
Cafes, restaurants and fast foods should be strictly prohibited. If you want something “harmful”, learn how to cook it at home. For example, French fries, beloved by many, or they can be home-made. They are in no way inferior to those bought in a cafe. Unless the price of such a delicacy will be lower in the “homemade” version.
Can't learn how to cook any fast food dishes? Avoid them altogether. Yes, it will be hard. But sometimes such restrictions cannot be avoided. After all, savings show results only if you constantly control yourself. Also avoid shopping centers and places where you may be tempted to order.
Wholesale bases
How can a family of 5 people live on 10,000 rubles a month? Only food expenses are taken into account and nothing else. It would seem impossible to do this. Or you will have to exist and not live.
But this is not true at all. If you think carefully, any family can live on this money, if this amount is spent only on purchasing food. And it's not that difficult to do. It’s enough just to go shopping at wholesale stores. It is in such places that you can buy food at reduced prices.
In some cities there are wholesale grocery stores where the prices for any product are simply ridiculous. For example, instead of 600 rubles for 2 kilograms of chicken fillet, you will pay 250 rubles. And at the same time, the quality of the products is no different from the store version. Or a package of gelatin candies will cost 10 rubles, not 130. There are similar places in every city. And if you managed to find this kind of base, you can rejoice - you can live with your whole family on 10,000 rubles a month, without denying yourself anything.
True, you will have to make thorough purchases at such bases. Sometimes it is better to call a taxi once for the way back. Try to buy only shelf-stable products: frozen foods, cereals, pasta, cheeses, semi-finished products (this is allowed here) plus things that can “stay” for a long time, like candies and chocolate.
The main problem of modern residents is that many believe that shopping at wholesale grocery stores is simply humiliating. Pride needs to be hidden away. And then there will be no problems. After all, products that are sold in such places are often repurchased by the same supermarkets and make huge markups. It turns out that buyers overpay for identical goods.
In the article we provided tips that will help you learn how to live on 10,000 rubles a month for a family of 2 or more people.
How to live on a meager pension? This is the question thousands of pensioners ask every day. It is especially difficult for lonely old people who have no one to support them. Magazine Reconomica interviewed a pensioner who shared her experience of distributing a pension of less than 10 thousand rubles. How to save, what to eat, what to give up, how to live at the end of the month, when there is still a week until the next pension - about this in today's material.
At the beginning of 2015, I, Ilmira Imelevna Gavrilova , joined the huge 42 million army of pensioners in our country. I won’t lie, I was looking forward to this moment and left work with pleasure. I wanted to live freely: take care of my health, my beloved grandchildren, devote more time to hobbies and reading, and not jump up and run to “work hard” every morning.
Maybe this wouldn't have happened. Due to “optimization”, with 22 years of teaching experience, I became unemployed and had to get a job as a salesperson in a grocery store for a private owner on the basis of a mutual agreement without registration.
Therefore, the size of the pension, despite the total 30 years of experience, turned out to be slightly higher than the minimum, equal to living wage per capita in our region - 8,200 rubles.
What problem did I face in the first months of retirement?
This is what my pension looks like
The first months of “free” life flew by instantly: I didn’t feel a lack of funds - my small savings helped. But everything comes to an end: savings have dried up, and a bare old-age pension has become the main means of livelihood. Out of habit of living lavishly, I continued to spend money twice as much as my allowance. In the end, I got into debt with friends, took out loans...
The former optimism diminished and the constant question “how to continue to live on 8,000 rubles” haunted me. Eg, . What's worse about me? It’s completely incomprehensible to me why there is such injustice. How can I live on half the money?
What to do when your pension is not enough?
Why is the problem of lack of money relevant for pensioners?
The number of pensioners in our country is growing rapidly, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for the younger generation to feed us unemployed people, so there is no need to wait for an increase in benefits as “manna from heaven.”
Most older people are unable to work due to poor health, and the crisis and rising unemployment prevent them from finding work. I don’t argue that not all pensioners are “offended”: hundreds of thousands of former officials, management staff, military, judges, oil and gas workersthey get a lot. These are only a few hundred thousand people, but the remaining millions are disabled, victims of radiation disasters, orphans without a breadwinner, old age pensionerslive on funds ranging from 7,000 rubles. up to 14,000 rub.
It turns out that millions of people have the same meager funds as my pension - 8,000 rubles, in most cases even less. But you shouldn’t despair about this, you can live, and you need to learn to live on what you have.
I offer some tips to solve this problem, acquired from personal experience. I hope that the knowledge I acquired during my first years of retirement will help you not only learn to live within your means, but also change your outlook on life itself.
How I looked for a pension increase
I’ll tell you about the methods of increasing your pension that I excluded. I do not recommend for pensioners:
Take on hard physical work.
Feeling the first financial difficulties, I immediately went back to the store as a salesperson, fortunately they respected me there and did not forget me. I worked for three months, paid off debts and closed loans... But it’s hard physical labor and being on my feet for 12 hours weakened my health: my joints ached. Doctors explained that senile changes in the body cannot be cured, but can only be slowed down: reduce physical activity and alleviate it with the help of painkillers... There was no talk of continuing to work... Costs for medicines have increased significantly.
Take out loans.
Loans to pensioners are issued without guarantors and unnecessary documentary evidence: easily and quickly, but it is almost impossible to pay on time from a small allowance. I have already told about my such experience before. It's a big risk to get stuck in debt trap for a long time is also not a suitable option for replenishing the budget.
How I found the right method and started planning a budget
Having left my job, which gave me the opportunity to get out of the debt hole, but which completely undermined my health, I began to learn to live in a new way, within my means. Changing the entire way of life and attitude towards it in accordance with the sudden onset of physical and material disadvantages was difficult, but it turns out it is possible.
First I calculated all my expenses:
- communal apartment,
- nutrition,
- cloth,
- medicines,
- gifts for relatives,
- feasts on holidays,
- necessary household goods,
- repair
Etc. for a month. The result was an impressive amount, far exceeding my allowance. I crossed out everything that was not urgently needed at the moment. The list contains the essentials for each month:
- communal apartment,
- food,
- medicines,
- household goods.
The total amount of money previously spent on this list did not suit me: if utility expenses remained within a certain amount, then expenses for food and medicine were large and did not change for the better.
Advice: utility bills can be reduced.
It was necessary to change the range of products, reduce medications, and reduce expenses on household goods. This means changing your lifestyle, lifestyle: diet, set of medications and required product. My new principle living “eat half as much and exercise twice as much in the fresh air” helped bring them into line with retirement.
How do I spend my 8,000 ruble pension? Specific plan of my budget for the month
I divided my monthly expenses into several groups.
Calculating utility costs
Communal payments. I live in my own house, so the costs of sewerage and general repairs are not included here.
- heating (gas) – 1600 – 1700 rub.
- electricity – 300 – 350 rub.
- water – 100 rub.
Total – (maximum) 2150 rub.
How to live on 3,000 rubles a month: list of products
Going to the store now only with a list!
Nutrition. Probably, many are interested in the menu of a pensioner for 3 thousand rubles. Indeed, for this a small amount you can eat normally. I excluded from my diet expensive meat products, sausages, canned food, smoked meats, overseas fruits and other food delights imposed on people by the insatiable trading industry.
Here is my grocery list for the month:
- Bread– 1/2 loaves per day, that is, 15 pcs. – 300 rub.
- Cereals:
- oatmeal (most of all) 5 kg – 150 rub.
- pearl barley 3 kg – 90 rub.
- semolina 1 kg – 45 rub.
- buckwheat (favorite) 3 kg – 210 rub.
- millet (cheap) 2 kg – 50 rub.
- rice 3 kg – 150 rub.
- peas 3 kg – 75 rub.
- Flour 2kg – 70 rub.
- Meat and fish(usually chicken and cheap pollock) – 1000 rubles.
- Dairy and 2 liters of cheap sunflower oil - 300 rubles.
- Eggs 3 dozen – 180 rub.
- Sugar 2 kg – 100 rub.
- Vegetables and fruits(most necessary):
- potatoes 10 kg – 200 rub.
- apples 1 kg – 65 rub.
- cabbage 3 kg – 60 rub.
- onions 3 kg and garlic 3 pcs. – 100 rub.
- salt and seasonings – 100 rub.
Total – 3245 rub.
How to save on medicines
Here are the most essential medications (designed for me, you can change the list, but choose cheap analogues instead of the recommended expensive imported ones domestic production, eliminating as much as possible the risk of buying a fake):
- Medicine for hypertension (one tablet every day) 1 package – 250 rubles.
- paracetamol 2-3 packs (for colds, fever, joint pain) – 180 rubles.
- nimesulide 1-2 packages (for joint pain) – 120 rubles.
Total – 550 rub.
How much does the minimum set of household goods cost for a month?
Household goods (most necessary):
- Washing powder 1 pack – 50 rub.
- toilet soap 2 pcs – 30 rub.
- toilet paper 5 rolls – 50 rub.
- dishwashing detergent – 50 rub.
- toothpaste and razor – 150 rubles.
Total – 330 rub.
We create an emergency reserve
The total amount of expenses is in the range of 6275 - 6300 rubles per month. Of the remaining amount of 1,700 rubles, 700 rubles. I put it in my wallet (for unplanned expenses), and put away 1000 rubles for a “rainy day”. Of course, you can spend them right away, but the ability to withstand the onslaught of “habitual” desires and needs, to be content with the minimum, denying yourself the pleasure of eating delicious food and showing off fashionable clothes, is a new way of life.
I even noticed an improvement in my health on a meager diet of porridge in water with vegetable oil.
Opinions of people and doctors on the problem
True, there are not enough people who agree with my current daily routine. Strict accounting of budget expenses and income and strict adherence to what was planned seems almost indecent to people: like a manifestation of stinginess. But in developed capitalist countries people have been living this way for a long time.
Medicine has long convinced us that most people get sick due to poor nutrition: excessive consumption of high-calorie protein, fatty, sweet, salty and smoked foods has a bad effect on health. Eating carbohydrates and plant foods, on the contrary, improves health.

In times of crisis, many people face the problem of a catastrophic lack of money. By following budget planning tips, you can find out how to live on 10,000 rubles a month.
How to live on 10,000 rubles a month if you are alone?
The number of people who account for the monthly amount of 10,000 rubles is of great importance. A person living alone spends money only on himself, but the directions of his expenses and methods of saving may differ depending on the initial living conditions.
The number of people who account for the monthly amount of 10,000 rubles is of great importance
Products
Most people spend the most money on buying groceries. And this is natural, since currently the cost of food has increased significantly.
However, you can save money if you adhere to the following rules:
- The need for meat can be largely satisfied with chicken. By quality characteristics it is not much inferior to beef and pork, but costs an order of magnitude cheaper. It is better to buy a whole chicken rather than individual parts. You can boil broth from one bird and make a second dish
- It is better to buy vegetables and fruits at the market by hand, choosing the most favorable prices. In the market, unlike in a store, you can also reduce the offered price through bargaining.
- It is important to buy only as many products as needed. The desire to buy more goods on sale often turns against the buyer - the expiration date expires and the food goes into the trash. The exception is shelf-stable products (canned food, tea, coffee, sunflower oil, etc.).
- It is much more profitable to prepare desserts yourself rather than buy them in a store. Moreover, homemade pies and cakes do not contain all the harmful additives that are present in store-bought products.
- It is advisable to completely exclude delicacies from the diet, purchasing them only on special occasions and when available. free funds. Any person can easily live without red caviar, expensive cheeses, smoked sausage and much more.
A great help is the opportunity to purchase meat, dairy products, vegetables from friends or relatives from the village. Such products are of much higher quality and are cheaper.

In order to save money, it is important to make your diet as satisfying as possible at minimal cost. For breakfast, preference should be given to porridge, for lunch, focus on side dishes (potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat), in the evening you can drink tea with pastries own production.
Household chemicals and cosmetics
If we talk about cosmetics, then if there is an acute shortage of money, you can refuse most of the products you use and keep only the essentials: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, etc.
Of course, it is more difficult for women to limit themselves to such a small arsenal of remedies. They have a much greater need for care products and decorative cosmetics than men. But if you don’t have enough money, you won’t be able to spend significant amounts on shower gels, lotions, creams, eye shadows and lipsticks. You can only afford to purchase budget cosmetics in a minimum quantity and use them as economically as possible.
![](https://i0.wp.com/dela.biz/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/post_5ba4ead84f5ad.jpeg)
Household chemicals should be purchased during promotions, since their shelf life is unlimited. Preference should be given to simple and effective means - soda cleans surfaces no worse than expensive cleaning products, and laundry soap removes stains better than any popular stain remover.
Cloth
Currently, there are many stores offering clothes at very low prices. Of course, the quality of the goods in such retail outlets is quite low, but if you wish, you can find quite good options. Don’t forget about second-hand stores, where they often sell brand new items of excellent quality with tags.

It often helps to have large quantity friends who may pass on things that are inappropriate for them. The only thing you shouldn't skimp on is shoes. It is better to spend a specially set aside amount once on a pair of high-quality boots and wear them for several years than to invest money in buying new inexpensive shoes every season.
Communal payments
To avoid going broke on utility bills, you should follow simple saving rules:

Rental of property
If you don't have your own home, the main expense item arises - rent. In order to save money, you should rent not a full-fledged living space, but part of it.
