There was only one stroller for the whole house, and, of course, not in our entrance. According to the Settle, parents with babies will go down with babies in their arms, go around the whole house and enter the entrance from the stroller. And the same logic on the way home. Convenient, isn't it? With parking, everything is bad, as many as 3 paid open parking lots are already open, for which there was a queue even before the opening! People park in 2 rows, fire engines hardly pass. Departure from the residential complex often takes 40-60 minutes. Parkings, respectively, now cost 500,000 instead of the initial 350,000. 7 months have passed since the start of issuing keys, the fire alarm system still does not work (automatic hatches do not open, alerts do not work somewhere, etc.). For two months, no one simply reacted, then they came and removed it and a couple of weeks later they brought a replacement, but they made a mistake with the fasteners and could not install it. The situation is similar with the gap on the balcony, so far, apart from the act, that the problem has zero effect. Well, in principle, it is unrealistic to get through to the warranty department, only through secretaries, so that they transfer them to an employee, then in a few hours they may call you back. The contract had an energy efficiency class A, at the state acceptance it became C. The audibility in the apartment is simply terrible, we hear the conversations of all the surrounding neighbors.
Setl City I wanted to spit on the owners of the sold housing! It's simple: having received the money, she does not care what will happen to those who need support. I, ..., the owner of an apartment at: ... in Kudrovo, encountered inappropriate behavior of your employees who service our houses and are located in the premises of the guarantee department.
I left a request by writing a written application to the warranty department more than 1 month ago (about a month and a half has passed since the application was made) about the inadequate quality of the door handles in the apartment, as well as a broken handle on the window.
