Distance from the well to capital buildings. What should be the distance from the well to the well - choose a place for the source of water supply. What is a septic tank
A septic tank is a sealed container for storing sewage, which carries a potential hazard to the environment, therefore it is important to take into account its relative position with other objects. According to existing standards, it should not be located near sources of drinking water. Everyone who is going to build a local sewage system on their site should know how to prevent contamination of wells and wells.
The correct location of the septic tank on the site is regulated by the sanitary and epidemiological services. Collection of sewage should be carried out at a distance from all sources of water and foundations of buildings. Before starting construction, study the following documents:
- SNiP № 2.04.03-85 - the main document with the main requirements;
- SNiP No. 2.04.01-85 - the norms for the location of the septic tank in relation to drinking water sources are spelled out here:
- SanPiN No. 2.1.5.980-00 - a collection of norms regulating the boundaries of protective zones around surface water bodies;
- SanPiN 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200-03 - the document regulates sanitary zones around objects carrying potential danger (including septic tanks).
They indicate the basic rules. In addition to keeping the footage to objects located on the site and beyond, there are a number of rules for the location of the septic tank. These include the accessibility for a sewer truck (no matter how expensive and waste-free the system is, sooner or later it will still need maintenance), the safe location of the sewer hatch.
What objects are taken into account when placing?
The minimum distance between objects on the siteWhen installing a septic tank, the location of the following objects must be taken into account:
- drinking well or well - 20-80 meters;
- pond or lake - 30 meters;
- stream or river - 10 meters;
- residential building - 5 meters;
- outbuildings - 1 meter;
- road - 5 meters;
- gas pipe - 5 meters;
- the fence between you and your neighbors - 4 meters;
- trees and shrubs - 1-3 meters;
- garden or vegetable garden - 5 meters.
How to determine the distance taking into account the characteristics of the soil?
The composition of the land plot directly affects the distance that must be maintained from the septic tank to the source of drinking water. If in doubt, order a soil analysis and, depending on the results obtained, start the planned work.
Features of installation in various soils
- Clay. Due to its high density, such soil is very poorly permeable to water. This will be a big plus in small areas, because the clay allows you to maintain the minimum distance between the septic tank and the source of drinking water - only 20 meters.
- Loam. Here, things are a little different - you should lay at least 35 meters.
- Sandy or sandy loam soil. Unlike clay, it perfectly passes water, which means that a distance of at least 50-80 meters should be left between the septic tank and the well.
IMPORTANT! If the size of the plot does not allow you to withstand the norms, you should not neglect the required footage. Discard the septic tank and consider other options for the purification system.
Features of installation of sewer and water supply lines
Plumbing and sewerage are mandatory attributes of a modern private house. If the first system helps in the delivery of water, then the second in its diversion. In the case when the central water supply network is not connected to the site, the source is a well or a well. It is important to place clean water pipes so that they are at a sufficient distance from sewers.
The distance between the incoming and outgoing pipes is regulated in accordance with SNiP 2.07.01-89 and must be at least 40 cm. In a parallel arrangement. The intersection is allowed only at an angle of 90 degrees, and the water pipe must be 40 cm higher than the sewer. At the entrance to the house, the distance must withstand at least one and a half meters.
When using plastic pipes, additional protection must be provided at the intersections. Shrouds of 5-10 cm are used.
In different regions of the country, depending on climatic conditions, these distances may be subject to changes.
IMPORTANT! Failure to observe the required distance between the water supply and sewerage pipes can lead to poisoning of drinking water and health problems for the inhabitants of the house.
Choosing the distance from the well to the septic tank
When choosing the distance from the well to the septic tank, first of all, one should be guided by the size of the site. On average, it should be 30 meters. The water intake point must not be located below the current groundwater... This footage can vary in one direction or another depending on the characteristics of the soil, as described above in the article.
If the area allows, it is better to increase the distance. Experts believe that it is optimal to withstand 50 meters or more. Why is this so important? Not all septic tanks, especially home-made ones, are one hundred percent sealed, and in the event of an accident, the drains will saturate the soil and poison it. If released into drinking water, it will render it undrinkable. Therefore, it is better to drill a well at a safe distance from the septic tank.
Choosing the distance from the well to the septic tank
According to SNiP, this distance should be the same as from the well. The only difference is that the depth of the well is often much less, and the water source is considered open, so it is better to increase the footage. Many people prefer to put a septic tank at an impressive distance of 200 meters, but this is impossible on standard plots of 6 acres.
Where to locate a septic tank relative to a well or a well on small land areas?
What to do if the plot is small and there are difficulties to maintain the necessary norms, but you want to live in comfort? There are several options for solving this problem:
- Draw up a site plan in advance. Oddly enough, but often the lack of distance arises from untimely planning. By spreading the drinking source and septic tank in advance on different sides, you can avoid the problem of lack of space in the future.
- Improve soil waterproofing. This can be done with clay and other materials.
- Reduce the performance of the septic tank. The smaller the volume of waste processed and stored in the tank, the simpler the requirements for the sanitary protection zone around.
- Install a biofilter. This design is analogous to a septic tank, but the degree of purification in it increases several times. This allows water to be discharged into a technical reservoir or into an open ground ditch. Consequently, the requirements for the footage to sources of drinking water for such systems are much less.
Material and legal liability
The septic tank is a threat to human health and the environment... Unauthorized installation of this structure is prohibited by law, and the construction requires permission from the SES. To obtain it, you need to draw up a project and approve it. A permit can be obtained only if the project complies with all norms and orders. It is worth remembering that after the completion of the work, employees of the SES may come to you and make sure that the construction was done according to the plan.
For violation of the rules, administrative responsibility is provided. Legal entities will pay a fine from 20 to 250 thousand rubles, and individuals from 1.5 to 20 thousand rubles. If this is the first violation sanitary standards, then you can get off with a warning. In the event of large-scale consequences of an offense, it is possible criminal liability and a very real term in prison. In both cases, you will have to rebuild or remove the installed septic tank.
To avoid problems, carefully study the above SNiP and SanPiN. The peculiarity of the region should also be taken into account. Requirements may vary depending on climatic conditions and soil conditions.
Compliance with the distance from the septic tank and the communications suitable to it to other objects or structures on the site - important stage design of future housing. Modern drains contain a large number of chemicals that can poison the surrounding nature and humans. Exposure to norms will allow you to achieve comfortable conditions living and avoid negative consequences.
When planning the construction of an external sewage system, the requirements that are determined by SNiP should be observed. In particular, the correct distance from the building to the sewer well must be maintained. The necessary information can be searched for a very long time, given the volume of regulatory documents and the difficulty of reading it for an ordinary person... To simplify the search and save time, below are only those data that you should rely on when choosing a place for placing sewage facilities on a private plot.
The choice of the optimal location depends not only on the nature of the internal buildings, but also on the type of sewer system. It is especially important to correctly position the objects to be cleaned. Wastewater, which can be conditionally divided into storage (with a sealed bottom) and filtration (without a bottom).
The position of sewage facilities on the site is regulated by SNiP
Cumulative
The minimum distance from a house to a storage-type sewer well is 3 m. This is the required distance at which the construction of a sewage treatment plant will not have a destructive effect on the foundation of the building. In this case, the maximum distance to the first well should not exceed 12 m. A more remote location can lead to frequent blockages and complicate the maintenance of the pipeline.
When choosing a place for the location of a treatment plant, its volume should also be taken into account. If the capacity does not exceed 1 m³, then the object can be placed at the shortest possible distance from the house. With an increase in volume, it is desirable to proportionally increase the distance.
Location of storage septic tanks relative to a residential building
As for the carriageway and neighbor's fence, then in this case the same requirements are imposed as in relation to a residential building - a distance of at least 3 m. But the location is relative outbuildings has less stringent criteria. The main thing here is to maintain a distance of 1 m.
Filtration
If a sealed bottom is not provided in the treatment plant, that is, after preliminary filtration, the drains are discharged into the ground, then the distance between the sewer well and the building must be increased to 10-12 m.This arrangement will not allow provoking the destruction of the foundation from high soil moisture.
In the case of cleaning domestic wastewater, in addition to protecting the foundations of buildings, sanitary standards should be adhered to. To prevent contamination of the drinking water source, a filtration well is located 50 m from it. The minimum possible distance to the nearest reservoir is 30 m.
Layout of the wastewater discharge point into the ground
Distance between sewer wells
In addition to storage and filtration structures, there are other types of wells that are used for the installation and maintenance of outdoor sewerage. Among them:
- viewing;
- swivel;
- drop-offs.
Since such devices are not designed to accumulate drains, they do not pose a danger to the foundations of buildings and natural objects. In this case, these structures must be correctly positioned relative to each other.
Lookout
Such structures are intended for inspection and maintenance of the sewage system. They are used in complex outdoor networks with a long pipeline length. According to SNiP, the distance between manholes depends on the size of the pipe. There are the following standards:
- Ø110 mm - 15 m;
- Ø150 mm - 35 m;
- Ø200-450 mm - 50 m;
- Ø500-600 mm - 75 m.
In domestic systems, pipes with a diameter of more than 150 mm are rarely used. Usually, a diameter of 100-110 mm is sufficient for arranging an external sewage system. Accordingly, in this case, it is necessary to mount the observation structure every 15 m. Although for straight sections, an increase in the interval by several meters is allowed.
Swivel
Rotary devices perform the same function as viewing devices. The distance between them is not regulated, since they are located in strictly designated places - on the bend of the pipeline, the angle of which exceeds 45 °. These points are most susceptible to blockages, therefore, it is necessary to have access in these places to carry out cleaning activities.
The distance between the revolving wells of the household and storm sewer depends on the design of the network. However, if there is a long straight segment between the turns, an observation point is additionally set at this interval.
Large pipe bends must be equipped with pivoting structures
Inclined
If necessary, installation sewer network on the slope, drop-off structures are used. Such wells are designed to normalize the flow rate of the liquid, since too intense movement of wastewater can lead to blockages.
The distance between such structures depends on the specifics of the relief and is individual for each area. In this case, some technical nuances should be taken into account:
- the height of the drop should not be more than 3 m;
- damping baffles can be additionally installed to reduce the flow rate;
- with a drop of less than 0.5 m and a pipeline diameter of 600 mm, it is allowed to replace the drop well with an inspection structure with a drain.
Sewerage installation scheme on a slope
If the correct distances between the sewer wells and other objects are observed in accordance with SNiP, you will not have problems either with the supervisory authorities or with your neighbors. At the same time, the layout complex system it is better to do it together with specialists in order to avoid technical errors and inconsistencies that can lead to unpleasant consequences.
In the absence of centralized water supply, the sources of water are underground interstratal waters. For free access a mine well is usually arranged to the water on the site. Subject to the technology, it gives good water, is durable and easy to use. One of the important conditions for the correct placement of the water source on the site is the observance of the optimal distance from the well to the septic tank, other wells and other structures.
The correct location of the well on the site is not an easy engineering task that inexperienced owners underestimate. country houses... In order for the operation of water supply and sewerage systems to be problem-free, you need to understand before starting work that there are rules and regulations, non-observance of which will lead to problems in the future.
Placement selection and depth determination
When building a well, you need to determine its estimated depth and the number of rings. If the site is new, and the construction has not yet begun, the search for water should be started by examining the sources used by the neighbors.
How to find the correct location for a well
To find, you need to find out the following information:
- Depth of wells and wells on neighboring plots;
- Water loss volumes;
- Terms of use;
- Features of operation.
In the absence of neighbors, the task becomes more difficult. Then it is recommended to use one of the methods for determining the source of water. The most popular ones are:
- Dowsing;
- Hydrogeological indications;
- Local water manifestations.
None of them will give one hundred percent guarantee of the accuracy of the data. However, you should be aware that it can be carried out at a certain distance from water supply sources in neighboring areas. Otherwise, the water from them may simply go into the newly formed wells. In addition, this method is quite expensive and is more suitable for undeveloped areas.
Site selection criteria on the site
Careful choice of location - required condition to create a reliable and high-quality source of water supply. This approach will eliminate the risk of receiving water that does not meet sanitary standards. When choosing a place, they are guided by such criteria as:
- Convenient location on the site;
- Distance between wells and objects of use;
- Distance from sources of pollution.
What you need to know about the distance of the well to the foundation
The problem of the location of a well on a site is especially relevant for owners of small sites. The structure should be as convenient as possible. To do this, it is positioned so that you can easily organize the supply of water to such buildings on the site as a house or a bathhouse, as well as to a vegetable garden. Usually, the highest place on the site is chosen for the well; it should not be allowed that the cesspools of the neighbors are located above it along the relief.
You will find out what a pumping station for a well is.
In addition, the influence of the mine on the adjacent building should be taken into account. For the well, they choose a place closer to the house. This is due to the peculiarities of the organization of water supply: supplying water to a house over long distances is an expensive pleasure. Wells can even be built inside the house. Usually, in this case, first arrange a shaft for a well, and then dig a foundation pit. In this case, the type of soil and topographic conditions of the site should be taken into account.
It's another matter when the house is already ready, and the well is only in the plans. Houses on shallow foundations can suffer from the proximity of well shafts. You should not arrange wells in the immediate vicinity of such buildings. Especially dangerous in this regard are shallow strip foundations on clay. Here it is worth considering the depth of the well. More troubles for buildings are fraught with shallow mines. Water can undermine the foundation.
Wells can be located at a distance of at least 3 m from the foundations of buildings. This norm is spelled out in SNiP 30-02-97.
The minimum distance to buildings for keeping animals is 4 m, other buildings - 1 m, trees - 4 m, shrubs - 1 m.
What should be the distance between the wells
The arrangement of a local water supply system at the site should be carried out according to the project. If it clearly states how many and what structures are required for the system, then many questions disappear by themselves. The documentation should also indicate the exact distances from the well to the well.
The technology for drilling water wells has been described.
Owners of country houses often construct a water supply system with their own hands, while a project is not drawn up. Therefore, we need an instruction that will tell you how to calculate the location of the wells.
When creating a home water supply system, one well does not do; additional reservoirs are needed. They are necessary for maintaining the network, as well as eliminating emergency situations.
The number of mines and tanks depends on:
- Distances of the well to the foundation of the house;
- The presence of other buildings, pipelines and other structures on the site;
- Difficulty of the relief, taking into account the differences in height.
Plumbing device with a well near the house
The best and simplest option is one inspection well. It is suitable for areas where the drinking well is as close as possible to the house. It is located at the inlet of the pipeline to the structure.
How to choose a pump for a well will tell you.
Calculations are made taking into account the fact that the external piping is performed 20 cm from the wall. If the diameter of the well is 1 meter, then the distance from its axis to the wall will be at least 70 cm.
Plumbing device with a well distant from the house
The situation becomes more complicated when the source of drinking water is significantly distant from the house. In this case, the construction of several inspection tanks will be required. The maximum distance between the wells of the water supply system is 15 m. For sewer inspection structures, this norm does not differ.
With dimensions concrete rings read for wells.
If necessary, change the direction of the pipeline, construct a rotary well... The connection of all nodes should be as accurate as possible. In these places, blockages occur more often than others.
In areas with elevation differences, it is necessary to change the pipe depth. To do this, build a staircase structure. The entire plumbing system is laid at an angle to the well.
Distances from this structure to other components of the water supply system are regulated exclusively by the features of the site's relief. To optimize maintenance costs and save money on the device, both auxiliary structures can be combined with manholes.
Sewer
In order for the water supply to fulfill its function, it is necessary to observe the distances from the sources of pollution to the well with drinking water and between the elements of the sewerage system of the site. These norms are spelled out in SNiP 2.04.03-85. In this case, structures are taken into account not only on own site, but also on the neighboring ones.
Distance between sewer and septic tank
Water structures should be constructed as far as possible from landfills, industrial facilities, septic tanks, collectors and other sources of pollution. The minimum distance from a drinking water source to wells with drains and cesspools is 50 m, buildings for livestock farms - 30 m. The distance from the septic tank to the living quarters is 7 m.
Types of sewer wells and the distance between them
Sewerage device in country house- it's not difficult. And it is quite within the power of any artisan person. The simplest system consists of a septic tank and a pipeline. All pipes and pits require constant monitoring, therefore, additional sewer wells are being built. They, just like in the water supply system, are divided into the following types:
- Observation;
- Swivel;
- Nodal.
The principles of their construction practically do not differ from water supply wells. The minimum distance between such technical structures is 15 m.If the system is limited to one pipe, then the distance can increase up to 50 m.
It is possible that you will find useful information about.
Before starting work, you need to think carefully about the wiring diagram and the installation location of the wells. Availability finished plan will reduce the cost of installing sewerage and water supply on the site.
The video shows an example of improper placement of a well:
To minimize the risk of receiving poor quality water, you need to carefully select a place to create an autonomous source of water supply. The well is capital structure, they are satisfied with it for a long time. If unsuccessful, it is almost impossible to move it to another place. And non-compliance with the norms regarding the distance of communications to other objects on the site can lead to the failure of the whole water supply and sewerage system.
The distance from the well to the toilet, its permissible limits, the requirements of SNiP and sanitary and hygienic standards on this issue are the whole problem facing every developer. This is an understandable requirement. Supervising authorities especially carefully check the distances from the well to the street toilet, etc. Failure to comply can easily lead to contamination of the drinking water source, soil for crops, the emergence and development of infectious diseases.
In the village
Regulatory documents
Sanitary standards are focused on maximizing the distance of the toilet not only from the well, but also from other sources of water supply, buildings on the owner's site and buildings on neighboring plots. The distance from the toilet is regulated by several regulatory and legal acts at once:
- SP 42.13330.2011 “Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements ";
- adopted ten years later, due to the increased need, SNiP, called: "Planning and development of low-rise housing areas";
- approved two years before him, in February, SNiP entitled “Planning and development of horticultural (summer cottage) associations of citizens. Buildings and constructions";
- sanitary and hygienic standards;
- The Code administrative offenses, in which there is a special subsection 8.6, which defines the current requirements for the construction of a closet.
Beautiful wooden structure
What are the standards for?
In 2001, another set of rules and regulations was approved for application, called "Single-family residential houses". The need for such a number of regulations and standards is dictated by the need to provide for all the necessary nuances of housing construction.
They provide for several goals at once - prevention of an epidemic threat and compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards, fire safety and the absence of threatening circumstances for those living in the territory.
The importance of regulatory documents on the question of at what distance it is possible and should be to place the objects necessary for life, also lies in the observance of the rights of both parties, between the sections of which there is only a demarcation structure.
After all, any attempt to violate existing norms is not just insubordination existing restrictions, but also infringement of the legal rights of people living in the neighborhood.
Compliance with the rules avoids conflicts with neighbors and administrative violations. The former are capable of leading to consideration lawsuits, destruction of already constructed buildings or fines from regulatory authorities. For administrative violations it is envisaged different kinds repressive measures, which are determined by the relevant articles.

Types of toilets on the land plot
According to the above regulations, the distance to the well can be at least 25 meters, provided that the toilet is not equipped with a central sewerage system. It should be remembered that there must be at least 12 m.

However, SNiP 30-02-97, as amended in 2018, says that the minimum distance can be 8 m, provided that the well is of a certain type and complies with the standards for its construction.
Distance scheme between buildings according to SNiP
With absence central sewerage the problem of a toilet is especially acute, since it is one of the most necessary types of construction, along with a residential building and a source of drinking water. The developer, deprived of the most basic amenities, is forced to independently solve the problem with the well and the toilet.
Often it is necessary to engage in a well for the extraction of groundwater, which must be sufficiently removed from the surface. At the same time, it is necessary to decide where and what to put, combining problems, how to maintain the prescribed distance and coordinate it with the tiny size of the land plot.
Major differences
For summer cottages of a standard size and small, to accommodate an individual residential building, such requirements are sometimes simply impossible. To resolve them, one has to resort to different types wells and outdoor toilets.
Most often used:
- A backlash closet, a capital structure, which is emptied using a sewer truck. The purpose of such a building is maximum isolation of odors, pollution, exclusion of penetration into the soil and its infection with decay products, toxins, pathogens. The booth is certainly equipped with ventilation, the drain - with galvanized iron or cast iron. At high cost of such a toilet, the probability of penetration into the soil is practically excluded, because the cesspool is completely sealed.
- A powder closet, with a special tank, can be installed even indoors, because after each emptying, its contents are poured with a special filler (sawdust or peat). The tank is emptied manually and a compost heap is formed from it, which after a year is suitable for fertilizing the site in the form of loose compost.
- The easiest way is to put a "birdhouse" in the country. Its service life is not very long, but it can stand in the country for up to 9 years. And in villages, a hole is buried every 4 years and the toilet is moved to another place. "Birdhouse" can be built beautiful and convenient and even equipped with a toilet. But this is provided that he will stand in a place where feces will not threaten the surrounding soil, the source of drinking water and neighboring estates.
Minimum distances between objects in SNT and IZHS
To do this, you need to decide on the installation rules and fulfill them in compliance with all the necessary requirements.
SNiP 30-02-97 * "Planning and development of horticultural (summer cottage) associations of citizens. Buildings and Structures "defines the following distances to the lavatory and cellar - 12 m, from the bath, sauna and well to the lavatory - 8 m.

The distance from the well with drinking water is determined by other criteria, but they also take into account the indispensable principle of compliance with sanitary standards (SanPiN), SNiP and other regulatory documents. And they agree on several points.
It is necessary to take into account
SNiP 30-02-97 * reserves the owner the right, in the absence of sewerage, to make an informed choice between three types of toilets: bio, backlash closet or powder closet. At the same time, for the construction of a backlash closet, as a sealed yard, equipped with a sealed cesspool, a special agreement with the sanitary-epidemiological service and planning of a place for it is required at the very initial stage of development.
Distance scheme according to SanPiN
Features of the dry closet
A dry closet is not the most budgetary option, because it constantly requires chemicals, and besides, it is unlikely to be suitable for a large family. But there is no need to fiddle with the installation - a ready-made booth and a container are immediately purchased. It is considered suitable only for the warm season, but can also be used indoors.
The dry closet is not subject to any restrictions, and it can be placed in any part of the site. A zealous owner will not put it near a source of drinking water, but for those who have a land plot of less than six hundred square meters, this is the best option solutions to problems with distances in the territory and lack of space.
Pros of powder closet
Powder closet is a seemingly great solution, and many owners use it. However, for the rapid processing of feces, special substances like Biocompostin are required, and they are also not cheap. If you recycle excrement without using biologically active substances, instead of one year, it will take as many as three, and during this time new heaps of waste will have time to accumulate.
The nuances of the backlash closet
Backlash closet - completely eliminates the ingress of feces into the soil and is considered safe from the point of view of sanitation. However, no one is safe from poor-quality construction or marriage in the construction of this type of toilet. Therefore, there are specially developed standards that must be observed, and they concern not only the distance to the well. You need to take into account many components, sometimes this is the subject of much thought:
- at least 5 m to the foundation of the house, to the road, to the gas pipe;
- more than 10 m - to sewer pipes, lake or river;
- 2 m to the fence, 3-4 - to the trees, 1 m - to the bushes and the foundation of the outbuildings;
- if there is a reservoir nearby, the distance to it cannot be less than 30 m;
- the minimum removal of toilets with a sealed cesspool according to these standards cannot be less than 20 m from the water source, but in small areas such a requirement is simply not feasible;
- a septic tank should freely drive up to the septic tank hatch.
Standards
Nuances
For owners of improperly equipped structures, administrative penalty, therefore, it is said that capital toilets should be planned even before the start of construction, and ideally - approved along with the entire plan for the placement of buildings on the site.
Maintaining the minimum distance from the house to the well is not an easy task for an inexperienced developer trying to avoid possible troubles due to non-compliance with SanPiN and SNiP standards. Even on large household plots it is not always possible to comply with all the required standards, and the choice of a place for a well turns out to be a difficult decision for a competent engineer. Lack of centralized water supply and sewerage modern level the construction industry can be easily compensated for with technological structures. But on summer cottage the standard size of the distance between the well and other objects is sometimes impossible to maintain.
Well next to a residential building
Criteria and Requirements
You need to determine the required distance from the well to the house at the very beginning of the development of your own land ownership. Without careful consideration of the location of sanitary and hygienic facilities on the site, it is impossible to start laying the foundation of the house.
On the site in SNT
After all, it depends on him and on the distance between the cesspool and the toilet how much the SanPiN standards will be observed. And in order to avoid future disagreements with neighbors and fines from the sanitary inspection, they are placed on a diagram drawn up taking into account all existing conditions and compliance with requirements and regulations. To do this, you need to know:
- Installing a septic tank at the IZHS or SNT site is the only aspect that is dealt with by the Administrative Code and Urban Development Code, but these are far from all the regulatory documents on the sources of water supply and natural waste disposal. The construction of a cesspool, septic tank, toilet and water supply on the site cannot be started without obtaining permission from the SES. Those options that are considered not entirely successful can be tested subsequently.
- According to SNiP 30-02-97 with amendments for 2018 for construction on our own land plot a permit is required. Acting in accordance with the law, which came into force in January 2019, a person simultaneously receives a professional examination of the correctness of the placement of objects on land. The conditions for compliance with SNiP and categorical (in the case of dislocation of sanitary and hygienic facilities) SanPiN requirements are the main criterion that is considered by the supervisory authority when issuing construction permits.
- The device of any water supply option (in the absence of a centralized one) assumes a location at a proper distance from the house, septic tank or toilet. Also, he must have an appropriate distance from the fence and similar objects of neighbors. Therefore, in order to begin the development of the existing area, it is recommended to first determine the sources of drinking water and potentially dangerous pollution possibilities for them. In this case, the distance between the well and the neighbors' house is checked much less frequently than the distance from well shafts and neighboring septic tanks with toilets.
- SP 53.13330.2011 “Planning and development of territories of horticultural (summer cottage) associations of citizens. Buildings and Structures ”- the basic guide for determining the distances on the plan, when it comes to the design of construction projects. But this is not the only one normative document to which you should pay attention.
- For planning on the personal allotment of the owner of sanitary buildings, there are other rules that need to be guided by. This is SP 31.13330.2012 (previously SNiP 2.04.03-85) “Sewerage. External networks and structures ”and sanitation standards recorded in SanPiN.
